Author has written 10 stories for Shaman King. About Pulchrite: Pulchrite, the pen name, derives from the word pulchritude, which means beauty. The beauty does not reside with the author itself nor the stories the author creates. Beauty comes from the language of words and the limitless possibilities of one's imagination. Whenever a person is able to use words in a way to convey thoughts, feelings, or emotions in a story that can be read and enjoyed by anyone, including the author, this is a wonderful thing. I find joy in writing. The practice can be therapeutic as well as entertaining. The stories I write are merely for my enjoyment, but sharing can be positive. There is no rhyme or reason, no pattern or style I strive for. Whatever comes to mind is what is written. Most of the time editing is omitted, although this is a flaw I am attempting to correct. Reviews can be helpful if they give insight into things that can be improved, so I usually don't reject any opinions or constructive criticism. My tastes vary, depending on my mood. With that in mind, I read a wide variety of genres. My writing, however narrows in interest to drama, mystery, crime, tragedy, etc. I've written about 30 fanfiction stories, although I don't have a habit of sharing many, and all of it is in the anime/manga category. I don't like writing fanfiction based on anything else. My original fiction is more diverse than the fanfiction; I've attempted more lighthearted plots recently. Perhaps one day I'll actually use my fiction press account and share some of these stories. But, I can be very lazy at times. Thank you to all of the people on this site who have read and/or reviewed my stories. I'm very pleased that they have been well received. Although the reviews are helpful because they give me ways to improve and also allow me to understand who is reading and what their reactions are, the traffic is helpful as well because I understand how many people are reading. I disappear from the Internet almost entirely during the month of November for NaNoWriMo, so there are a few stories that will be picked up toward the end of the month and into December. I always finish the stories I start, mostly out of compulsion, so none of these in-progress stories will be abandoned.
