Author has written 43 stories for Star Wars, Dark Angel, Supernatural, X-Men: The Movie, and Stargate: Atlantis. I'm Ani-maniac494, Ani-maniac, because I'm crazy about Anakin from Star Wars, and 494, because it's the designation of my favorite character from Dark Angel, Alec. You also might know me as LaughtersMelody, or Laughter for short, on some of the other fan fiction websites. :) I'm a 22-year-old female who lives somewhere in the Rocky Mountain region of the US. I have some health problems that have kept me from going to college, but I'm hoping to attend online this fall. I love drama, and I am the Assistant Director for my church's youth drama ministry. I also teach Sunday school, 4th-6th grade. As far as writing goes, my three main fandoms are Supernatural, Dark Angel, and Star Wars, but other fandoms might pop up once in a while too. I love to write about sarcastic/tragic heroes, and my favorite couples are almost always the ones that banter (cough -- argue -- cough ;) ) because there is always so much going on below the surface. For that reason, Max and Alec from Dark Angel have to be my favorite pairing. I don't think those two will ever stop arguing, lol. I also have to admit, I just can't imagine Max with Logan. To me, Alec seems so much more like her, and can understand her in ways that Logan will never be able to. But, even though Logan isn't my favorite character, I do try to treat him well in my fics, and I try very hard not to bash him. Alec may occasionally make a joke at his expense, but nothing worse than what he said in the show, I promise. :) My favorite character though, is Dean from Supernatural. He has so many layers, and it always seems like, just when you think you understand him, you realize that there is another layer you hadn't known about before. He's willing to do anything for his family, and will risk his life in a heartbeat to save a total stranger, never once thinking about himself. But if you could ask him, he'd say that he's not a hero at all, then crack a joke, and you'd be too busy laughing or rolling your eyes to remember the reason you asked in the first place. As far as Dean pairings go...Dean/Impala, lol. ;) Though I love to play in the Star Wars, Dark Angel and Supernatural universes, I am first and foremost a Christian. My faith is the most important thing to me, and I try to let that show in everything I write. I don't write slash, and nothing rated above T.
