Author has written 66 stories for Star Wars, Dark Angel, Supernatural, X-Men: The Movie, Stargate: Atlantis, Hawaii Five-0, and Person of Interest. Author's Note 7/28/11 - All of the text breaks in my older one-shots are now fixed. Next, I'll be working my way through my older multi-chapters. If you find any of my multi-chapters confusing without the text breaks, you can find them on my Live Journal here, with the text breaks still present. All of my fics are there, with the exception of my Star Wars multi-chapters. There are also a few original fics and an incomplete DA fic on my LJ which aren't posted here on FF.N. I'm Ani-maniac494, Ani-maniac, because I'm crazy about Anakin from Star Wars, and 494, because it's the designation of my favorite character from Dark Angel, Alec. You also might know me as LaughtersMelody, or Laughter for short, on Live Journal and some of the other fan fiction websites. :) I'm a 24-year-old female who lives somewhere in the Rocky Mountain region of the US. I'm a college student, majoring in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing. I’m also the director of a youth drama ministry, and a Sunday school teacher for my church. I started writing fan fiction about six years ago, after I saw Star Wars Episode: III, and before I knew it, I was hooked, and I’ve been writing ever since. As far as writing goes, my favorite fandoms are Supernatural, Dark Angel, Stargate: Atlantis, and Star Wars, but I’ve learned that fandoms are like potato chips…you can’t have just one…or two…or nine, lol… So, don’t be surprised to occasionally see fics from other fandoms as well. My fics tend to focus on relationships, whether that be friendship, family, or romance, and a good number of them are angst. A few are tragedy as well - I’m one of those strange people who likes hurting or killing off her favorite characters - but I write all different kinds of genres, so fluff and humor are there too. :) When it comes to romance, I’m an OTP - one true pairing - shipper. I find a pairing I like, and stick to it, with very few exceptions, and my favorite couples are almost always the ones that banter (cough -- argue -- cough ;) ) because there is always so much going on below the surface. For that reason, Max and Alec from Dark Angel have to be my favorite pairing. I don't think those two will ever stop arguing, lol. As far as main characters, I love to write about sarcastic/tragic heroes. My very favorite character is Dean from Supernatural. He has so many layers, and just when you think you have him figured out, he’ll surprise you. But, though I love to play in other universes, I am first and foremost a Christian. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and I try to let that show in everything I write. I don't write or read slash, and I won't write anything rated above T (PG-13). I hope that you will take a look at all of my stories, and that you enjoy them.
