I'm just an obsessive fangirl making it through one day at a time. I enjoy spending time with my family, best friends, and darling boyfriend. I also like shopping, taking care of my cats, and volunteering my time at a local food pantry. I love my writing and I also love my betawork, although I am no longer for hire due to my increasingly busy schedule.
I hate action during shows, it's so boring, but can stand it if it's padded with drama or talking. My writing influences include Douglas Adams, Michael J. Nelson, Joss Whedon, sitcoms, and cheap romance novels. (Which I hate.) Also, diet cherry Pepsi. I have fetishes for scarred men in masks, as well as dark or taboo romances, and my favorite colors are any that you may find on a bruise. I'm a Taurus. I consistently love everything and it has been said that being too optimistic is one of my major faults. Commercials are awesome and I write best next to a window during a daytime rainstorm. In case you care, though I'm not under the impression that you do, I put french vanilla creamer in my coffee. (Which I drink cold.)
~More About My Writing Or Whatever~
I'm currently in a very frustrated state concerning my writing, in such that all of my WIPs are of a higher quality than anything I have posted here. But they are, of course, in no completion to post at the moment; most of this is because several of them are multi-chapters. Maybe soon!
I encourage you to check out my Favorite Stories listing. There dwells some of the best I can offer from my various fandoms. (Most of which are represented in the ship list found on down below.) I'm constantly adding to it. Making it better. Stronger. Faster...Well, maybe that depends on your browser. All Star Wars stories have been moved to my C2 community, Brilliance Amongst the Rocks.
Of course I enjoy many different genres, but I've always had a soft spot for humor and parody gone horribly right. And I'm afraid that Spuffy started me on an eternal path of loving both Porn With Plot and Alternate Universes (Fantasy and otherwise), both of which are joys to read when gone about correctly. Fluff, however, is an entirely different subject and is one thing that I can only tolerate in very small doses, although I have been known to make exceptions for certain ships in a desperate need for happy endings. (I despise tragic climaxes!) Shippiness is all well and good, but only if there's a very healthy about of realism to hold it up.
Likewise I have certain guidelines I adhere to when perusing my different fandoms, such as "Don't make Joker care," "Don't give Spike the Shanshu," "Don't give Vader back his body," "No Leroux!Erik," and, most importantly, "Don't age up the girls!" ...Perhaps, "DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE WRITING" should be above that one. (Wikipedia is your friend! As is Wookieepedia!)

All of my fave Star Wars stories have been moved to my new C2 community, Brilliance Amongst the Rocks. Go there for every single fantastic Star Wars fic I can find on this site. I made it because I was just sick of having to shovel through thirty-something fics of pure failure before finding even one that administered spellcheck before posting or did any sort of research into the universe. (There's nothing more unforgivable than being ignorant of the fandom you're working in. Know it inside and out before you even attempt to write and don't be afraid to ask around! Once again, Wookieepedia is your friend!)
