Author has written 15 stories for Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, A Knight's Tale, Magnificent Seven, Hercules, NCIS, Inspector Rex/Kommissar Rex, Young Hercules, Mutant X, Prison Break, Supernatural, and Harry Potter.

My penname is Darknyss, a name I've been dragging around on the net for a decade or so.
My first ever fandom was The Sentinel. Actually, it was my first ever everything; first fandom, first webpage, first fanfic and first slash. Although I've completely left that fandom for a lot of reasons, I still have much love for it.

I've dabbled in numerous fandoms over time: Hercules, Magnificent Seven, Fastlane, Hornblower, A Knight's Tale, Harry Potter, First Wave, Kung Fu, Riptide, Stargate, Kommissar Rex, etc. etc. etc. but my all-enduring love goes to Due South where I'm firmly on the RayK side of things.
Lately, I've fallen into Supernatural where I hope to remain quite a while. I'm also an avid Firefly slasher and I've found some affection for McKay/Ronon slash in Stargate Atlantis, Tin Man's Glitch/Cain, Transformers Bumblebee/Sam, Die Hard McClane/Matt and Hot Fuzz Nicholas/Danny. Other fandoms are Numb3rs, Criminal Minds, CSI Miami, Hellboy, Torchwood, Chuck, Doctor Who (DoctorDonna!) etc and to infinity.
I think my strangest ship is probably Mac/PC (yeah, the Mac commercials).
My newest ship seems to be Merlin/Arthur due to the new BBC series.

Something every fanfic writer should read are the godwaful boards at godawful.net.

What else? I've won an award for my Magnificent 7 fic Vae Soli: Death Dogs Award for magnificent Canon Storytelling and it was also nominated in 2005 by The Mistresses of Malarkey. Things I'm very proud of seeing I don't even consider that one as one of my best.
