I am not your friendly, giggle-happy fan girl reviewer. Consider me the antithesis.
I will tell it like it is and I will not mince my words.
I do not like Mary Sues, high school fics, unentertaining OOCness and 'parodies' that are copied straight from the source with minimal changes.
I am not amused with faulty grammar, typographical errors and lack of punctuation. If you have any sort of respect for your readers you will make sure that your work is actually readable.
I quote the site rules because they are there and are meant to be followed. And yes, they apply to everyone. Read them carefully if you disbelieve me.
There is a large difference between constructive criticism and a flame. My reviews land somewhere in the mean.
I have no fondness for anybody who has no desire to improve his/her writing.
I don't care if you think I'm mean.
Don't bother trying to find ways to get even. I read your fic. That is enough punishment.
Two little notes:
1. Not everybody will love your story. Think about that before you post it up on the World Wide Web where a bunch of tools, wankers and psychos frequent.
2. I love mocking and stoking flames. Think about that before you send me a poorly-written, whiny, arrogant, hateful reply of bile. If you plan to take me on at least be interesting and/or give me a run for my money. I don't want to see more of the overused, 'Don't like, don't read!' schtick.
