| The Lady Yuki |
Author has written 4 stories for Pokemon. Wow, a big empty space to post all the information about me! Let's see how much use I can actually make out of it. Name: Um...just call me Yuki, please. No, it's not my real name, and no, I don't care. Age: Early 20's. No joke. I'm a young adult and I enjoy reading other fanfiction, so I'm slowly getting used to writing it myself. Location: Planet Earth. Sometimes. :) Hobbies: Writing, drawing, music, Web browsing, playing with my cat Kiki, singing along to the radio when no one else is home, the world I inhabit in my own head when I just wanna get away and can't go anywhere else. Movies I like: If it's animated and not geared for three year olds (by today's standards, I mean) or overly testosterone-driven teenagers, chances are I will watch it. Favorites include The Land Before Time (the FIRST one, thank you), The Swan Princess, Spirited Away, Ferngully the Last Rainforest, All Dogs Go To Heaven, and Disney's version of Sleeping Beauty. Favorite non-animated movie: The Princess Bride. TV Shows I like: I can't watch TV at my house anymore, so I have no idea what's on. But the last show I liked enough to watch to the very end was Avatar: The Last Airbender (What a finale that was...) Books I like: Harry Potter series, His Dark Materials series (The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, The Amber Spyglass), Clockwork (also written by Philip Pullman), Circle of Magic series by Tamora Pierce, the comic series Bone by Jeff Smith, The Taking and Your Heart Belongs to Me, by Dean Koontz. (And, please...do not mention Twilight to me. I've never read the books, nor have I seen the movie, but thanks to the vast majority of the fanbase who feel the need to compare Twilight to everything around them, I will not only never consider it, but I will repress the urge to set things on fire whenever I see such a comparison. Thank you.) Manga I like: Wish, by CLAMP (Even if it did have the most anti-climactic and confusing ending ever. I think several things were lost in translation...) +Anima (Cooro is adorable!) Shaman King (although I lost track of it after my subscription to Shonen Jump expired...) Manga I'd like to start reading: Pokemon, DN Angel and Princess Tutu. Anime I like: Old-school Pokemon (before the Advanced Generation, when they decided to just promote the games through the anime and nothing else), DN Angel, Princess Tutu, Betterman (don't worry if you've never heard of that one; I don't think many people have.) Music/Bands I like: Within Temptation and Evanescence are my top two favorites; I also like TATU, Enya, Daughtry, Nickelback, Bon Jovi, Celine Dion...it's actually quite a long list, so I'll spare you. :) By the way, is anyone else annoyed by the "Fanfiction.Net is brought to you today by..." ads? Me too. | |||||||
