Author has written 8 stories for Final Fantasy VIII, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Legend of Zelda, Slayers, Escaflowne, and Fullmetal Alchemist.

I never know how to describe my own writing without feeling like I'm being presumptuous. I'll let others speak for me, two people who have done beta work and encouraged me as I started writing again, even when I've gone on long hiatuses out of sheer procrastination and laziness.

Your fiction is fun. It ranges and sprawls. It explores; it's about what is possible in the situation you've chosen to write about. You don't get hemmed in by your original idea. Your fiction is about no boundaries, which is a rare thing in fanfic, which usually chains itself to a notion, whether its the author's or the canon's.

Your writing is charming. Your writing is hard to stop reading. ~EspessiveLynne

To be honest, I wish you would write more. You are just as much an artist with words as with ink and Photoshop. You have a gift to be pretty cutting and a devious mind I know that from roleplaying with you. You aren't perfect I know because I have beta'd for you, and I do not feel like my work is a rubber stamp (I've had rubber-stamp betas... most annoying creatures ever, save that they will at least catch my typos) but you are talented and have the attitude towards improvement that will mean you get more talented. As you once commented recently when you found Kazeno Hime, you have a very strong prose voice, even when you were a novice. You still do. ~BeccaStareyes

Primary current fandom is Fullmetal Alchemist. I work within the canon of the original anime- I don't care for the manga and the new anime much. (I haven't forgiven them for the blasted ninjas.) I've been pretty much camped out in that fandom since 2005, late 2004, maybe. I write psychologically dark fiction, with mature themes, and I'm unafraid to touch on rape, incest, abuse, murder, etc. I take artistic delight in watching the psychological deconstruction of characters.

Since FF.net still has a ban on NC-17 fics, several of my works won't make it here. Much of my work can be found on InsaneJournal- please see the link to my 'website' for whatever might not be here. (This would also include ... well, most of my writing in the last couple years, as I haven't remembered I have this account in awhile and haven't posted here in forever.)

There are frequently large gaps between my updates- real life has unfortunately decided to remind me that I'm now an adult, and as an adult, real life gets to take precedence over fun, relaxing hobbies and frequently stresses me out to the point of burning all sense of creativity away from me. I apologize to anyone looking for rapid updates, but those are rare around here.

When I write pairings, I write Ed/Alfons, Ed/Al, Ed/Envy, Ed/Riza, and occasionally Ed/Al/Winry. I also have written Roy/Riza, and may someday dabble at Ed/Russell, just for kicks and giggles. I rarely write anything terribly fluffy, unless you get into my Ed&Al gen, and even that is usually more bittersweet than fluffy.

I do not appreciate being told what I should and shouldn't write in my stories once they are posted. I run my ideas by beta readers from a group of trusted friends, who help me hammer out plausibility, details, characterization, timelines, etc. Once it's posted, it's in its finished form. So please do not review saying "You should have so-and-so hook up with such-and-such and then have this other person die!" I will promptly ignore your review. I will write the story as I see fit, thank you.

I have writings in a few other fandoms as well. Escaflowne, Slayers, and The Legend of Zelda, to name a couple. These writings have become rare.

I will attempt to actually remember this account and upload things here. I have catching up to do on that, though, so more of that in the future.
