Anyway, let's get to the meat of the matter. Pairings. Yeah, yeah say whatever you want but you know that's what you came here for!... Oh wait... for stories I authored too right? Oops, I sort of forgot that one. Well unfortunately---or fortunately, I've only authored ONE on ff.net!

OK enough of the funnies. In my favorites, you will find:

You'll probably find that most of my "ships" (God I hate that word used in this way) are not canon (whatever that may mean...) and focuses on the relationship betweena "Bad Guy" with the main girl... if I'd have more choice, it most likely wouldn't be her but oh well. OK so the deal with that is simple. No, I'm not a teenage girl who's rabidly obsessed with good looking characters... I'm just an old fart who likes to give "bad guys" a chance in love. I mean, people just tend to hate them because OK so they're evil... that doesn't mean there's no reason out there that turned them that way... who knows... I guess I'm someone who likes focusing on the "who knows" which is why I'm so attracted to the "evil" characters of anime, their backstory and life and etc... I think it would be nice to know how they would react if they were given the chance to 'love' as well... that's pretty much it. If you're still not convinced for my "genuine" devotion to alternate pairings well (how laughable!)...message me and we shall discuss it over a hot cup 'o tea on the lawn.

TRIGUN

Predominantly KNIVES X MERYL but also some Vash X Meryl. GOD I love Knives! He is GOD! And I love Knives X Meryl so damn much! It's hard to find good fics for them but they're out there. I will elaborate on this another time

SAMURAI CHAMPLOO

OK here's the deal with them. I used to be absolutely in love with Jin X Fuu because of how in the end of the series, he seems to go after her al the time (wee, twice really, but still it's a big deal!) but now I'm into Mugen X Fuu because of this one amazing fic, no actually two amazing fics. Anyway, the best is the Mugen X Fuu X Jin triangle and lord knows there isn't enough of them!

ESCAFLOWNE

Well I used to be a Van X Hitomi fanatic but then I read AMAZING DILANDAU X HITOMI fanfics that COMPLETELY stole my heart and ever since then, I've been a rabid Dilandau X Hitomi fanatic! Haha! OK So maybe not as rabid as you think but still. My absolute favorites are AU's of the two. I absolutely think Dilandau would make the most sexiest guy ever! Besides Knives that is! Coz Knives is still number one. But Dilly-kun comes pretty damn close!

RUROUNI KENSHIN

Although I respect and love Kaoru and Kenshin being together, I do like Sanosuke X Kaoru a lot because Sano's so sweet to his Jou-chan that I find people don't look into their relationship enough, be it friendship or romance. I mean, I know he sees her as one of his best friends, I like to think he secretly has a "crush" on her. He cares about her a great deal too. There's so much to be said about them and I was surprised that there weren't that many fics about them.

Another pairing I really like is Aoshi X Kaoru. It started off as a fancy but then I read a fic which mae the pairing totally plausible.

UPDATE : For the past month (or so) I have been feverishly OBSESSED with ENISHI X KAORU. Although my penchant for alternate couples could justify my obvious (and expected) liking for this beautiful pairing, I find myself wondering how it was possible for me to become this fond of them... okay okay so it's complete adoration for the couple. Well I'm certainly not going into detail as to why I'm in love with them as it would take too long but all I can say is there are wonderful fics of those two that I've adored reading and wonderful fics that have sadly met with a premature demise... I'm so sad some great authors come up with great ideas and just leave them hanging... (don't look at me! I'm certainly no great author and I've not given up on my fic... really!)

I was initially intrigued by the pairing a) because I had no idea who this Enishi person was b) when I did, I was drawn into the darkside of a hypothetical relationship between the two. I feel that if Enishi had somehow made amends with his past and that Kenshin wouldn't have ended up with Kaoru for x number of reasons, they could have hit it off. Of course, my favorites are AU's as everyone who knows me will vouch for the fact that I am an AU whore!

Speaking of AU's... I'm working on an Enishi x Kaoru fic myself since I was very sad at the lack of fics these days for this awesome couple. Really, there's so MUCH to work with. I mean, you could make it into a sweet story where Enishi's a total gentleman (which he IS when he wants to be) or he can be a real tortured soul (which he IS in every way... he he he) and make for a wonderfully dark fic. Besides... it's worth mentioning that the dude is a total BOMBSHELL... He's painfully gorgeous...

ONE PIECE

Well, I am a complete ZORO X NAMI fan! I adore them together! They are adorable and would make beautiful babies! Will elaborate at a later date

FRUITS BASKET

That's a hard one... it varies a lot... I used to love Kyo X Tohru, which I still do but I've read some really good Shigure X Tohru and Hatsuharu X Tohru... as well as Hatori X Tohru... and Momiji X Tohru... well basically almost all of the Sohma men paired up with Tohru... haha...

BLEACH

I used to be fanatically OBSESSED with this show, and when I say obsessed I mean really heavily life-destroyingly obsessed with this show. Maybe that's why I'm not so much into it now... maybe it had a lot to do with the fillers too but I heard it's getting real good. I wouldn't know though. I used to be the most desperate RENJI X RUKIA shipper out there. I learned my lessons on pairing shipping from them. I had it BAD... that's why I will never be obsessed with ANY pairing as I was with them. I mean, I still love it but let's just say I'm thankful I calmed down.
