Author has written 22 stories for Harry Potter, Inuyasha, Warriors, Charlie Bone, and Hetalia - Axis Powers. About me... I'm NickyFox13, but you can call me Nicky or Elaine. However!: Most of my older stuff isn't as good as my newer stuff (I think so, at least), so read with caution. If you couldn't tell, I am most definitely a girl. My birthday is January 26th. I am an Aquarius and a Rooster...aka I'm 16. I like to read and write, hence why I'm at fanfiction.net. My favorite genre of books is fantasy, and I like writing it too. I adore originality in a work, as well as good writing, very character driven works and despise Mary Sues/Gary Stus, overuse of cliches and plagerizing. I like pop, alternative, rock, a bit of metal and some rap music. Country is okay as well. I used to play clarinet but stopped because my middle school didn't have band classes. I enjoy drawing, art, performing, reading and cooking. I'm up to being a beta if anyone's interested. I accept PMs. Don't be afraid to talk to me, I'm a friendly person.
Harry Potter: I've been a part of this fandom for most of my three year stay at ff.net, and I intend to keep in this fandom despite its frightening size. I ship mostly canon stuff, like Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny, Lily/James, Bill/Fleur, Remus/Tonks, Cho/Cedric (yes, I actually like Cho, so sue me...) etc...but I can also see Remus/Sirius and Harry/Hermione happening in the hands of a good author as well. Harry/Hermione because their friendship can rise to something else, but alas, I prefer Ron with Hermione, so sorry. I also like random ships, like Oliver/Katie, Fred/Angelina, George/Alicia, Roger Davies/Leanne...anything well written actually. Twilight: It is a newer fandom I'm getting into. It was a fluffy, entertaing series, albeit very melodramatic. I'm team switzerland, so don't convert me to any teams. Canon ships are cool. 6teen: Been on a kick from the television, maybe I'll venture into the fandom if I'm feeling especially brave. Jude/Caitlin, Jude/Jen (it would be hysterical, you've gotta admit, mostly inspired by the baby photo episode), Jonsey/Nikki, Wyatt/Jen, One of the Clones/Someone Tenth Kingdom: I liked the miniseries, will probably explore sometime soon. JKR has given us a wonderful universe to play with, but she has finished writing the books. Either she should have given us a decent epilogue to DH, telling us what we wanted to know, rather than what we could have guessed, or she should have kept her ideas about post-DH events, ships and names to herself. It is my personal belief that if she had actually tried to write any of the ships that are now "canon" she would see that they do not work. I am aware that, by its very nature, fanfiction is not "canon", and cannot ever truly be canon. However, for those who showed enough respect to Jo Rowling to make every effort to keep their fics in line with her vision - some of her recent decisions have been rather disappointing. Had she included any or all of this information at the end of Deathly Hallows, that would have been wonderful - I'm sure many of us would have preferred a more fully complete edition of the Epilogue, which we were not afforded. I love the universe Jo gave us in first seven books, but beyond hardback canon, if it isn't AU, will be SU canon. Join the SU movement. Copy and Paste this into your profile.
