Granted, unlike some folks, I use their "on screen persona" rather than their real life persona but that's not the point. It would suck ass to know I wrote fics with 200 reviews only to have the entire account deleted but I will. HATE it. It's everywhere and badly done in most cases with cliche plots that I absolutely refuse to read any fic featuring them unless it's written by slashburd or I stumble across it and the fic is actually decent. I get why they work. Believe me its totally slashy canon, but I REFUSE to ship them. I like Cena. I like Randy. I hate them together. Ted/Cody (Codiase) - Same as above. Just...NO. Orton/Cody (Candy) - No thank you. Jericho/Edge - I like both of these superstars, especially Chris Jericho. I RP as him on occasion but I like Edge better with Randy or Matt while Jericho works better with Shawn, Miz, Kane, Matt Morgan, ect. Oh and Chris tops a lot because I said so. Jericho/Stephanie McMahon - No. Just...and I grew up watching that storyline but no. Shawn Michaels/Stephanie McMahon - No. No. No. No. No. Shawn has a wife and it is not Stephanie. I- there are so many reasons why I hate this pairing. I won't read or ship it EVER. The very idea makes me cringe. She's better off with her hubby while Shawn's either better off with Hunter or anyone but her. Chances are, if you're reading one of my fics, one of those pairings (likes) will be in it. I don't like 70% of the current WWE roster so no, I will not write fics for Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel, ect ect. There are a FEW people I like including Regal, Punk, AJ, Natalya, Kofi, Truth and Miz to name a few, but probably not enough to write epic fics about them. Here's the deal. I've seen countless arguments that certain people can't top or certain people can't bottom. Well guess what? I call bullshit. Just because said wrestler is short, blonde, or skinny doesn't mean they are incapable of bending someone over and handling their business. I don't have rules about tops and bottoms. If Batista wants Rey to top him then Rey will top him. That's just how it goes and if you don't like it you're in the wrong place. ALL of my pairings are switchable though like all people, I have a certain way I prefer to write them. For example, I write Shawn in three different ways to suit three very important time frames in his life. 2 out of 3 versions of him "usually" bottom. However, the way I write HBK circa 1997-1999, he absolutely refuses to bottom. Ever. But I don't say "never" because if hit with the right plot, he can and will. But honestly, people getting all bent out of shape because their favorite cutesy wrestler isn't a top is getting old. Get over it folks. 50% of the time, JoMo tops in my fics. Get over it. 90% of the time, Cena bottoms to Triple H. 70% of the time, Edge tops to various others like Matt, but since I "usually" pair him with Randy, you might not have to worry. Edge is very aggressive on screen which is why I'm baffled that so many people deem him as some universal bottom. 70% of the time, Jericho tops in my fics. He tops HBK on occasion because I said so. He tops Kane because he can. He tops Miz because he can. Again, get over it people. Short blonde does not equal "helpless sub". But you get the idea. If you're so stuck on things being a certain way all the time, you'll miss out. A few RP friends taught me that and now I'm more open to trying new things.
