October 26th, 2007 : Now, as many of you know, I've been working hard at first: putting up Ch 8: Sketches and Dreams for my fic 'An Artisans Craft'; and second - and totally unexpected - was fixing my screwed up Ancient Egyptian dialogue. I've been at it for the last 6 hours, and with the help of lucidscreamer and 3 websites, I'm finally satisfied with my work. It should make it easier to actually read and pronounce the Egyptian since I translated the Egyptian words into English pronunciations. I also changed the grammar into proper (hopefully) Egyptian grammar using possessive suffix's, etc. The websites I used were:

http://www.ancientsites.com/aw/Post/399761 - which is a new site I found today that has most Ancient Egyptian words with their English pronunciations.

http://hieroglyphs.net/000501/html/000-016.html - which I got from Ocean's bio, that has a big dictionary of Egyptian words. There is a caution to this however, as some of the words are not clear on feminine or masculine forms, and some words are not what they seem.

http://www.imt.net/~jimloy/egypt/egypt.htm - which is another site I got from Ocean's bio, which has many different pages, including the use of pronouns, Egyptian words (although mostly hieroglyphics), etc.
