This is a collaboration between myself and seleneswan, who is an amazing writing and you should go look at her stories right now.

IMPORTANT!! Seriously guys. Don't tell me to update faster on a review when I post. I mean, what the heck. I don't owe you anything. I can take my goddamn time if I want to if I think it'll give you a better chapter. Quit telling me to "update faster" because you know what? That makes me want to update slower because all you want is a chapter and don't take the time to say "i like this part of the chapter because..." and are just like "faster plz." No. I won't update faster because updating faster will deprive me of sleep which will make my health plunge or make me want to quit writing this story entirely. By the time November rolled around, I was hating Inevitable with a burning passion because I hated the chapter I was writing. So I took a break so I could resume when I don't hate the story so much and not give you a crappy chapter. So you people telling me "update faster" in a review? Cut it out. Give me a REAL review of the chapter.

Vindicated: (Tentatively titled) This is just a veryveryvery rough idea of a story; meaning I have a rough outline of songs for chapters. It'll be some form of AU SasuSaku, InoShika, NaruHina, NejiTen, but SasuSaku the main focus. It's going to be angsty, it's going to be sad, and it will be a while before anything gets posted because I'm going to keep ahead of the game (meaning writing three to five chapters before posting any of it AND planning out EVERY SINGLE chapter)

Inevitable Process

7/2/09 - I posted the second chapter! . seleneswan is still on vacation, but I'll probably write some little snippets out for this story. =)

7/16/09 - I (seleneswan) have posted the third chapter, and am back from neverland. :3 I hope the length makes up for my absence.

9/06/09 - I PROMISE I'm going to get Chapter Four up. I got hit with HUGE writer's block, and I promise I'm writing. Seriously.

9/07/09 - Chapter Four posted! I wrote most of it today o.o It's a huge chapter, like 5000 words. o.o I think I wrote three or four thousand of them today @@

9/15/09 - Chapter five is under way, for all of you ridiculously impatient people who want their stories and want it now. Goodness. Have some patience (and YES this does include my co-authoress, AkieriN who is the most impatient person on the planet. But I love her anyways xD). But anyways, patience, my lovely readers, is a virtue. Be virtuous. seleneswan.

10/21/09 - Kay. So. I haven't started writing. DON'T SHOOT ME. I promise chapter 6 will be up by Halloween, cause that holds significance, and I promise that we're brainstorming ideas (we're doing so as I type this :D) and as an apology for being forever slow, I'll give you guys a look into the writing process of Inevitable happymusic

10/31/09 - I hope to have Chapter 6 up today. I have a thousand-ish words left to write, and I'm listening to Michael Jackson while writing.

11/5/09 - As you can see, the tentative plan above was. a. fail. RAWR. As AkieriN's co-authoress, I demand all that are reading this to GO BOMBARD HER WITH ANGRY PMs DEMANDING A CHAPTER. Because it's a wonderful chapter, filled with wonderfulness that she is putting off. Lord knows why; it's not like she has anything more amazing to do. Teehee. We refer to each other as Agent Valentine and Agent Temptation, respectively. Yes, we’re dorks. Names of these came from the bands Bullet for My Valentine and Within Temptation, which happen to be two of our favoritest bands EVAR. (like, ever) (for real)

I know that I, AkieriN, write with music. All the time. The name of the story came from the song Inevitable by Anberlin (I wanna be your last first kiss~) Even though most of the song has nothing to do with the fic. .;; Anway, one song, Dark Blue by Jack’s Mannequin, has provided inspiration for not one future scene, but TWO. (“Have you ever been alone in a crowded room when I’m here with you~”) And the song Almost Lover by A Fine Frenzy comes into play (but I’m not telling you how or when or why >D)

Oh, and this isn’t gonna be your run-of-the-mill Hogwarts romance story. Nuh uh. We got some big stuff planned for this baby >) But, enough of that. The writing process! So what I do, is I get a day where I don’t have anything planned. Sit down at the computer with le itunes open, and write. Like when I say write, I’m meaning 4 or 5 thousand words. I do this all in pretty much one shot. It’s really dumb and tiring, but whatever. I think I actually need to do smaller chunks, but whatever.

We also beta each chapter for each other, catch spelling mistakes (random “d”s find their way into seleneswan’s stuff)

And if you were wondering…

Yes. The pink giraffe underwear exists.
