Hey, I'm Meredith. I have now moved back to school, and with all my activities and 18 hours of classes, only one update is probably going to be happening once a week. I wish I could work faster, but that's as much as I can guarantee.

I now have one completed Wicked story, and three multi-chapter stories in the works. My dreams of working on my original story that has been very neglected this past year have been put on hold because my brain decided to allow these plot bunnies to roam free until I had to put them on paper. Updates come as often as possible, so as soon as I get them completed, they are immediately e-mailed to my wonderful betas, Tiggy and HCO (read their stuff and review, they're awesome), and are posted whenever I get feedback and have made corrections. Basically, I can update all of my stories within the week if I manage to work that quickly. This is an exciting time in my life; I had worried for a short period of time that I was losing my ability to write because I had the worst case of writer's block that I have ever encountered, but it has ended and I am a new person. I'm interested in seeing where this takes me.

A Fine Line- Well, this is now completed. It's a little odd not to be working on it anymore because I've been writing it for an entire year. I actually had the idea for two months before I ever put it onto paper because knowing what would happen made me sad. I'm happy with how it all turned out, though, and it feels good to finish something that I enjoyed writing so much. Not only that, but I got over 100 reviews! I think that's more than I ever hoped to get.

A Drop in the Bucket- Well, this story is a little special. I haven't forgotten about it, but I haven't had any inspiration in a long time. I will say that when I am freed from my multi-chapter stories, this one will probably get some love. I don't think I will ever consider it complete, unless I do make to one hundred one-shots. This will probably be the one story I keep coming back to with updates every few months.

Twisted Fates- This is technically finished. It lacks an epilogue, but I'm leaving it off for now.

And Then There Were None- This is a huge work that has been in progress for awhile. I'm about to reach the halfway point. And, even I think that's insane. The rating will officially change to "M" with the next update. I've put off bumping up the rating as long as possible, but it's going to end up deserving that rating.

To Mend a Broken Heart- This story is now complete. It was a little jarring to write Fiyero and Glinda as a couple, but I do sincerely believe that their relationship has everything it needs to work as long as Elphaba is not in the picture. And, I can explain that theory in a PM or something better simply because it would take up too much space here.

You'd Be Surprised- This story is my first venture into the RENT fandom, and it has turned out well so far. I don't promise regular updates because this is the one story I don't feel compelled to complete since it did sit in the back of my mind for about a year before giving itself a title and forcing me to write it. However, because this story has helped me keep on track with my other stories, it will probably be completed.

I'll Stand By You- This originally started off with the title "Mama Bear" and was meant to just be a one-shot for what should have happened between Shelby and Rachel during the Funk episode. However, after listening to the song this story is named after, I realized that the storyline Shelby was given sucked, and that as a fanfiction author, I had every right to fix it to my tastes. Somehow along the way, I got attached to the Will/Shelby pairing (I swear, it was completely by accident). It focuses mainly on Shelby and Rachel, sometimes involving their relationship as mother and daughter, but also their interactions with the other characters. Mainly because I'm lazy, it's a series of connected one-shots.

Can't Go Back Now- This is the story that sprung from an idea Tiggy shared with me a long time back. It's new territory for me, with the Gelphie influences, but as of right now, no pairing is certain. That is all I can share without spoiling the story. Believe me, it's going to be good because it was given to me with Tiggy's blessing, and I find that Tiggy is one of the best authors in the Wicked fandom.

Dog Days Are Over- I have a new love: Leverage. Seriously, I am in love with this TV show. And, because I really like zombie apocalypses, I decided it would be fun to put the team in that sort of situation. Yes, I am a huge fan of Nate/Sophie, so their ship will appear in this story. Yay!

Always- This is a collection of one-shots that are based on songs that I feel reflect some part of Nate and Sophie's relationship and/or their characters on their own. It will have slightly less than a hundred chapters. At the moment, it's been the one that has been updated the most.

Haunted- I always wondered what would happen if things went badly and the mark decided to take Sophie. Of course, I decided that I should write it. It will deal with some darker issues, but I'm not going to explore those in graphic detail. It's not my cup of tea, and I tend to be more interested in the emotional ramifications than anything else.

All the projects I have in the works are the last continuous stories I will write in fanfiction. I'm getting older, and I've now gained the courage and the ability to confront the original ideas my mind keeps throwing at me and wrestle them onto paper. I wouldn't doubt that as I continue to watch shows and discover new musicals, I might come back with a one-shot or two. After all, my Glee fic was completely unplanned and was only spawned due to Ryan Murphy's determination to screw over what could have been a lovely character.
