About Myself

Been a while since I updated my profile...Anyways, I'm Ming Yun. I currently attend college, and I'm pretty much an avid reader of fanfiction. When I was really young, I decided to work on poetry on fictionpress and finally worked up to writing my first fanfiction on FFN with Tales of Symphonia. Naturally, it sucked, and that soon got abandoned. When I came back to writing again, I pretty much discontinued by ToS fanfiction and started writing Coexistence, a Naruto Time Travel story.

After that, I became obsessed with Shin Megami Tensei, specifically Persona 3. Burn My Dread and Misadventures were simply test stories, one in drama and the other in humor. I would have to say that, despite the fact that I fail in humor, I'm decent in creating drama. The main story, which is still in the works, for my Persona 3 obsession still does not have a title, but it was partially inspired by the original "Hospital Drama" of Shin Megami Tensei, though I'm not planning to make everyone insane.

The other story for Persona 3 would be 28 Days to Live, focusing on the perspective of Ryoji Mochizuki after December 3rd had past.

Keep in mind that all my fanfics are merely experimental, and there will probably be a lot of extraneous information. I'm sorry, but there are some ideas that do have to come out of your head. :P

Anyways, I will almost always favor updating Persona 3 fanfics to the Naruto one, so...please be prepared for that if you actually follow Coexistence.

Fic Summaries

Burn My Dread - A ficlet of the fight between Minato and Nyx with "cutscenes" to the SEES group back on Earth. It follows the events of that fight in the game. Therefore, this story is spoiler.

The Library, the Passage, and the Angel of Death - My first story and my experiment with humor...crude humor. >_>. I'm a bit ashamed of this story now, but it's amusing to compare the past me to the current me in terms of writing.

Coexistence - A Naruto Time Travel Fanfic. (I know, I know, we already have too many of those.) Naruto comes back to the past in order to stop humanity's extinction. The only problem is that future Naruto hits a snag when he finds himself in Naruto's subconscious rather than actually in his body. Number one surprising ninja, indeed.

Unnamed Persona Hospital Drama Fanfic - This fanfiction is an AU where there is no such things as Shadows or Tartarus. All of the Persona characters, more or less, are present in the story though such as Ryoji and Pharos. Tatsumi Memorial Hospital is a rehabilitation hospital for the mentally ill as well as the academically gifted. If one gets better or is on the verge of so, they will be hired into the Kirijo Corporation or be on a full scholarship to Gekkoukan High School. Minato, shifted from relative to relative, finally comes back to the city of his birth in a padded wagon talking to a certain purple-donning girl.

28 Days to Live - Amusingly enough, I wanted to name this story "28 Days Later." Anyways, this fanfiction focuses on Ryoji Mochizuki after he tells SEES about the end of the world and gives them 28 days to make their decision to either kill him to erase their memories and wait for the instantaneous and painless death of humanity or continue on to a fight they will not win. As the SEES group struggles to decide in those 28 days, Ryoji realizes his own humanity and the fact of the matter is that he will 'die' in 28 days regardless of their decision. If he was going to die, he was going to live first.

This story will be published in December...and, as a test for myself, will try to be done at December 31st. (NEW NEWS: I will not be updating most likely during the week of December 07th due to Finals. I will try my best to catch up the backlog though. Thank you. ))

The Misadventures of Aigis and Company - Okay, I'll admit it. I'm actually fascinated by Aigis's character of how she turned into robot to machine. Anyways, this is another experimental humor story which didn't fail as bad as Symphonia. :P. This is likely to be discontinued simply because a lot of the material I can use for Misadventures can be also used for the Unnamed Persona Hospital Drama Fanfic.
