The Sisterhood Welcome travelers. Welcome to the lair of the Sisterhood. This particular profile is a conversion point, a place where several of us can get together to post our stories. If you read the name of our profile correctly, you will understand that all the authors that post here are girls. How do we know that we're all girls? Because we've all known each other since about the time we were in diapers. One day, we all got together and decided that it was sort of stupid to have several different profiles opened if we were all going to be posting on the same site, so we decided to open one big profile for all of us, where we could all post our stories. This also helps to solve problems when two or more of us are doing co-authored/group-authored stories. Now, let me introduce you to the Sisterhood: My name is Snow Stalker. I am, for lack of a better title, the page master... mistress... whatever. Anyway, I am the person that deals with all the updating and editing that goes on on this site. If you have a problem with or comment about something posted here, go to the above mentioned email address and shoot me a message. Just be sure to put Snow Stalker in the subject line so that I know the email is specifically for me. Same goes for all the other girls. Like this site, the address is a joint one for all the Sisterhood. About Me: Though I love to read fanfics, I don't do much fanfic writing myself. I'm in the middle of writing a book... actually, it's more like seven books that I don't know if I'll ever get done. I, like the rest of us in the Sisterhood, am currently living in one of those little towns in the middle of Nowheresville, USA that have a population of less than 800. I'm 5'5”, and have lightly tanned skin. I have dark brown hair and cobalt blue eyes. I love reading, writing (obviously), editing my fellow Sister's fics, mythology, and bugging the Hell out of Mystic (she's so fun to mess with). What I want to do with my life: Well, I'd think it was obvious, but Sun-chan insisted we should all go back and add this section. I would like to be a world class writer someday, but for now, I'm happy just editing my fellow Sister's fics and working on my books (as slowly as they are going). Hi there! The name's Fire Rain. Unlike most fanfic writers, I prefer to stay away from stories that involve the mainstream topics such as Sailor Moon, InuYasha, Dragon Ball Z, Ranma, Gundam Wing, and all the other's that have a thousand different stories to their names. I prefer to write stuff like Gargoyles, Star Trek, ElfQuest, etc. Basically anything that isn't a dime-a-dozen... though I have taken a liking to Des... ~gets pelted in the head by a certain pink haired shadow for almost saying her much despised real name~ sorry D! Anywho, I've taken a liking to Dee's X-Men fics. I've been thinking about writing one myself. About Me: Unlike my sister, Snow Stalker, I love writing fanfics, though for some reason I never seem to get around to finishing the damn things before I get another idea. Mystic is the same way though for her it's mostly just profiles that take up most of her time. I swear, that girl can make such a detailed profile of a character that you could easily imagine the character as someone you could run into on the street. She's really good at it. Anywho, like Snow said, we all live in the middle of Nowheresville, USA, all within walking distance of each other. Like my sister Snow, I am 5'5” and have lightly tanned skin, but that's about where the similarities between us end. You see, Snow Stalker and I are not-so-identical twin sisters. Yes, we are twins. We were born on the same day only about two minutes apart; we are fraternal twins. Real funny thing about it though. Fraternal twins (despite the fact that when most think of them they usually think of them as one boy and one girl) usually have many of the same features, but we don't look much alike. I'm slightly more heavy set than Snow so our face shapes aren't really the same, though I will admit most of our facial features are the same or similar. Now the funny thing is, her eyes have always been dark blue and mine have always been this odd electric green color. When we were kids, both our hair was this ash blond color like Grandpa's use to be, but then puberty or something hit and my hair went white blond like Mom's was before she colored it, while Snow's went dark brown like... well actually, I don't think anyone in the family has had hair that dark since our Great Aunt Ginny. Guess it skipped a few generations, LOL. Anywho, I love to write (obviously), puppies, kitties... well animals in general, I love the show Gargoyles, just started getting back into ElfQuest, don't think I've ran into a manga I didn't like or an anime come to think of it... ~trails off as Snow Stalker kicks her off the computer for taking up too much space rambling.~ Haha! I'm back and can't be stopped this time... though Snow has limited me to 6 more lines, then I'm getting kicked off again. What I want to do with my life: Umm, actually, to tell you the truth, I have no idea what I want to do. My friend Jeanne and I thought about going to try out for that modeling thing that got sent to us. Hi. I'm Gaelic Mystic. Umm, let's see. My specialty would probably have to be that one Sailor Moon fic I'm in the middle of writing. Actually, to tell you the truth, I'm kinda at a road block right now so it's kind of on hold. I took it off because I'm going back through and rewriting it. Uh, I've been told I'm really good at making character profiles and designs. ~shrugs~ I guess, but I don't really have anything to compare it to so... though my friend Kaetlynn does like taking my profiles and drawing them. She's really good at that. Maybe I should post some of her pictures on that one site I'm working on... ~trails off a moment~ Anyway. About Me: I'm 5'3” and pretty pale compared to the others. I have dark velvet brown eyes (at least that's what color Fire Rain says they are) and medium brown hair with the occasional patches and strands of silver (and I'm barely out of my teens; it's in my gene's, Mom started loosing her color when she was 18, Grandma was only 16). I like to write... occasionally, though I do find myself spending more and more time just making profiles for everyone's characters, including my own for that one Sailor Moon fic I'm writing. It's kind of fun actually. I like computers, old and new. What I want to do with my life: I like web design. I'm thinking once I finish High School I can steer my life in the general direction until I get something more specific. Hey peeps! The girls call me Dee aka: Tank Girl and don't you forget it. The special of the day for me would probably have to be X-Men or anything else that involves mutants. I just love creating characters with powers and such; WATCH THAT IMAGINATION ROLL! I've also helped in a Sailor Moon fic one of the other's is writing, and I've been thinking about writing something InuYasha, though I don't really know where to begin. About Me: Let's see, what did the other's write? Damn... OK. I'm 4'4”, yes, I'm short. You don't like it, piss off, because I certainly don't care. Skin... well, I don't really know what color to call it. I'm darker than Mystic but lighter than Sun-chan. I've also got a bit of a farmers tan. At the moment I've got red hair with bubblegum pink streaks in it and my eyes are, for lack of a better word to call them, white. Well actually, now that Fire Rain shoves a mirror in my face, I guess you could call them anything between light gray to silver. They're pretty much colorless. All I know is that for some reason people get freaked out when they look in them. First time I went to the eye doc, she honestly thought I was wearing contacts. Sometimes I do wear colored contacts if I'm feeling bored. Searching for oddly colored contacts is actually become a sort of hobby for me. Right now I think I've got... three different shades of purple, cat eye yellow, demon red, flat out white, black, cat eyes (you know how cat eyes form into slits), this weird blue that starts out really dark blue on the outer part then as it goes inward it fades to light blue with the light part sun-bursting out into the darker parts, star eyes, heart eyes, metallic silver, metallic gold, then I've got this pair that change color depending on how you look at them. I've got more than that, but that's all I can think of right now... oh, wait, I've also got this green pair that Fire Rain found for me that makes me look like I'm stoned or something (the pupal part is really large making it look like my eyes are majorly dilated). Another hobby of mine is pelting people (but mostly hentai males) with the heaviest book I can grab onto. It's not my fault I'm well endowed so you don't have to stare! I also like working in my Dad's shop. I guess it was a given considering I've been taking apart his electronics and car parts since I was old enough to hold onto a screw driver. Putting them back together however... that's another story entirely, but let's just say I had enough grounded time in by the time I was 10 to hold a missile to the ground. I love puzzles. What I want to do with my life: Not really sure to tell truth. Might open my own auto shop... or maybe just some repair shop. To be completely honest, I haven't run into much of anything that I couldn't (eventually) figure out how to fix. It only took me three days to figure out my Rubix Cube. Konbanwa minna-san. Watashiwa Desert Sun desu. Translation: Good evening everyone. My name is Desert Sun. If I had to pick a specialty, I would have to say that it is DBZ/SM crossovers. I don't know why, they just intrigue me. About Me: To tell you the truth, I'm not exactly sure of my height. I'm guessing I'm about 5'3” because I'm about the same height as Mystic and that's how tall she is. I was actually born in Kyoto, Japan, but my parents and I moved here when I was 2 so I don't really remember it. As you probably guessed, I'm Japanese. I have black hair and dark brown eyes. In recent years I've taken quite the interest in Astronomy and many other subjects that involve space and the planets. This is mostly due to my Uncle's influence in my life. When I was a kid I use to run over to the observatory everyday after school and follow my Uncle and the visiting scientists around asking questions. I've read just about every book in that place at least twice and then some. My Okaasan likes to say that, like Dee and machines, I've forgotten more about anything that doesn't involve Earth, than most people will ever know. What I want to do with my life: Well, I'm working as an assistant for my Uncle at the observatory right now. After I take some classes I may go to work full time as an undergrad. Despite my knowledge base, I can't legally work as a scientist until I get a degree. ~Nods at reader in greeting.~ I have chosen the name Celestial Magick. Though it seems to stray from what the others write, I prefer to write fics that do not involve any characters of my own creation. About Me: I am 5'8”, the tallest of my fellow Sisters. I have Hazel eyes in which Dee insists change color, following my mood. I am also African American. I prefer to speak using actions instead of words, which has often gotten me in trouble with those who don't know me well. I am told I give the impression of being cold and uncaring, something no one had been bold enough before my Sister, Dee, to tell me. I am under the impression my height and general demeanor frighten people. What I want to do with my life: I have been studying botany. Before you go, you all should know one thing. With the exception of Magick's stories, we all have original characters starring in main roles in all of our stories... Magick seems to be the only one that is any good at writing just plain, show characters only stories. The rest of us run into a rut when writing and end up creating an original character to play a major role. Anyway, stop reading my pointless rambling, go and enjoy the stories. We all hope you like them. Don't forget to R&R (and for those of you that don't know what that means, it means read and review). The Sisterhood Oh, one more thing! So we don't have to put it on every single document that gets posted here... Disclaimer: We don't own anything here except for our original characters. I work at the book shop Magick's brother owns, Mystic works at this little coffee shop down the street, Magick just started working at this comic, card, and movie shop two stores down Miguel, Sarah, and Sarah's friend from college opened up after she got back (which is how we really started getting into anime and manga), Fire Rain volunteer's at the library and works as secretary in Mr. Carter's auto shop, Dee works in her Dad's auto shop (the girl is pretty handy with a wrench), and Sun-chan's working for her Uncle (who's the towns bonafide scientist) up at the observation station. Together we make maybe 1000 a month and that's only because Dee's allowance depends on her commission and she gets 20 percent of everything the shop makes at the end of the month. Note from Dee: I get the pleasure of adding this because if seems to urk me the most out of all of us. It's one thing to bitch about our stories if you don't like them. That's fine. Helpful criticism will be taken to help mold and fix current and future chapters. Evil flames will be used to weld cracks and support beams on the site Mystic is building for us.
