Author has written 10 stories for Harry Potter, Avatar: Last Airbender, Lord of the Flies, Hellsing, Redwall, Phantom of the Opera, Xiaolin Showdown, and Phantom of the Opera. Soooo... I'm 21, I love to read, and I have been thinking of fanfiction since I was about 5... I didn't find out that you could actually write it out and put it online until middle school, and I don't think I got this fanfic account until 9th grade... not sure, though. Bad memory. I can't begin to name my favorite books... Redwall, Cirque Du Freak, Hellsing, The Golden Goblet, The Keisha'ra and everything else by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, the Uglies series, Peeps, Memoirs of a Geisha, Harry Potter, Coldfire Trilogy, Wheel of Time (which I'm not finished with yet)... I could keep going. But I won't 'cuz I can't remember them all anyway. I almost always have an OC in my stories. In some way or another, that character is me. But fictionalized... plain old me would be very boring in a story. There's a reason most people don't write about everyday life. Anyway, most of them show at least some of my chracteristics... occasionally, I change the original character so much to fit the story that they're not me at all, but they started off as me. Trying to keep this short, so... that's all! You don't need to know about me anyway... About the stories: My stories are usually listed as T, and in the summary I put 'T for Room'. That means there won't be much bad in it, but I leave it open so that I can throw in some cursing and bawdy references if I so wish. Most of them should probably be K. This is important: I have a tendency to forget about my stories... if you read one and have any intention of seeing what happens next, send a review. If you like one of my stories and notice that I haven't updated in a while, send me a message telling me to start working. I'd do the same for you. ALL STORIES ARE ON HIATUS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. If you want a story to be worked on, PM or review. I am thinking about (cough) making a real plan for the stories before writing more. While winging it occasionally works for me, it often gets me stuck. And I admire those who can bring many sub-plots into a single ending- I'd like to be able to do that for y'all. Some will need remodeling. I wrote Empress Castaway in middle school, for a school project. That needs a bit of maturity added to it. STORIES BEING WORKED ON CURRENTLY: I'm definitely working on Vampire's Web and Little Sister. If I have time, I'd also like to work on Chivalry is Dead. These are based on recent requests; if you want me to add another to this list, shoot me a PM! I'm dead serious about sending a message. Half the time I don't think of them, and when I do I usually have writers block... which magically goes away when someone says they enjoy a story. I guess I don't really write for myself... ah well. So, I tried 'analyzing my writing' at http://iwl.me/ I discovered that each of my stories matches the style of a different author. Apparently "Vampire's Web' is written like Stephen King, and 'Little Sister' is written like Chuck Palahniuk (author of Fight Club). I get the same results, even if I analyze different parts... I did stick to the most recent chapters though. My writing style changes quite a bit between chapters, so I thought using the most current sample was best. | |||||||
