Age: 21. (my 22th birthday will be celebrated in Japan!)

Sex: Female, Bisex. I am more on the asexual part, but still BI. I like both males and females, even though not equally. I don’t really care if you think I am a sinner or that I am wrong. I am used to people not accepting who I am, and I stopped caring long ago. I am certainly not starting now.

Attitude: I don't trust people, but I try to make friends anyway, because what's life without hope? I don't weep for my sorry ass, despite what you may think. I am not outstanding either. I just live my life… but I’ve been hurt for just existing, because people thought it’d be fun to pour their own insecurities on me. I don’t want anyone’s pity, but I’d like friendship very much.

Passions: I’ve always liked to read, ever since I can remember. I lived in a building where I could just go downlstairs, and there would be the door to the town library, so… you can guess where I was all the time, huh? I also love manga and anime. I like to draw, not because I am good at it, but because it relaxes me.

Living in: somewhere in Italy. Yeah, Italy. Japanese have fetish obsession with Italians, I tell you. It’s kind of freaky.

Religion: none. I thought a lot about it, and sometimes I think it would be so much better to be able to believe in something, but right now, I can’t. Thus I call myself atheist. But opposite to many, I don’t despise other religions. I kind of like them all truth to be told. They fascinate me.

Appearance: long black hair too flat to be of any use. Greeny–blue eyes, silver glasses. You can recognize me because I am overweight and I always wear sunglasses… some time six years ago I started loathing direct light on my pupils since it hurt them. Thus my obsession… I know, I am strange.

Something about me, or better yet, let’s talk a little about me (oh, the egoism):

I hate pity. Utterly. Ok, I had a dreadful childhood, but many had it worse than I did. I was (still am) an overweight person, and since I lived all my life in a small town in the mountains, I had to come in contact with rather bigot and close-minded people.

I didn't like what 'normal' children liked (play outside, chitchat about actors, music, VIPs and gossip), I liked to read a lot, and I liked tv (I've watched almost any cartoon/anime that was aired in my generation). Up to the end of the high-school I was a bully magnet, because I was not strong enough to protect myself (I am not weak, but they were bigger than me and knew how to punch the living shit out of me…).

And you know something? When adults tell you "if you speak nicely to the bullies, and if you show them you don't fear them, and that you don't care about them, they will lose interest and stop bugging you" it's all false. It doesn't work. They have fun doing what they do, and it has nothing to do with your reaction, but by the simple fact that they can hurt you.

Get over it.

I am a reserved person. Even when I talk a lot, I don't really say anything important about me. I only open up with the friends I consider trustworthy.

I don’t trust people. That's all. It's better to be a pessimist in this subject and be pleasantly surprised than going all out, and be rejected.

I like to speak through internet, because I feel like I can find more people that can understand and share my experiences and my passions there. I love dearly all the friends I made this way. You are my precious people too, guys.

I don’t like what people should like by normal basis. I hate discos, I hate crowds, I don’t dance (don’t want to make a fool out of myself more than I am already). I don’t fan over some movie star, celebrity guy/girl, music band or singer. I don’t like realities or gossip journals and I hate soccer/football.

Guess what? I was called freak for that. Maybe I am, but I think… if to be normal is to be identical to the crowd, lost in dreams of glory and blinded away from the reality, I’d much prefer to be different and be myself.

I am an overweight people but guess what? I like myself. My parents never understood, thinking I am deluding myself, but it's true. Because all that happened moulded me in what I am. and even if the others don't like me, I like myself. People also say I am selfless because I always act nice and show everyone I care for them, and listen to friends, and put them first, but it's not true. I do all of these things, but I always care for me first. I am egoistic. No one thinks for me, so I do. Got it? Good! :)

Current Obsession: right now, nothing. I lost respect for Naruto the manga, so I can't obsess on that anymore unless I ignore the latest chapters. Well, I obsess over Robert Jordan's books. :)

Obsession I've been having for years: Animorphs. I don't care if you think they're for children. I read them more than 8 years ago, and I've loved them since then. They changed my childhood (thanks to them, I learned how to talk/read/write english, so YOU thank them if you like my fics :D).

Books I love: Le Petit Prince (still my favourite), LotR (and most of Tolkien's other books), Anne Rice’s (the first batch... the newest ones are deluding), Robert Jordan's Saga (current on the sixth), Phillip Pullman's trilogy (since 1998), Lian Hearnt’s, Terry Brooks’ and others.

Where do you find me on the Net: FF and AFF mainly. Then, in various LJs, and DeviantArt. Sometimes I go to Serebii for some Pokémon news, download from RealityLapse, AnimeEden, and Neopets.

Other Not–so–important stuff: I love criticism. Well, only if it’s constructive. No flaming, but if you tell me what I can do to get better, I will love you forever. I also love to get PMs. Please PM me. making friends is important! I have a roommate that is in love with Haru wo Daite Ita. She’s a BeyBlade authoress on FF, but she has to improve her writing (and you can’t tell her this because she’s easily offended).

Warnings: I mope. I can, I will. Not with friends, of course. But sometimes I am depressed like any other person. I am also prone to be hyper, and do stupid things, and comments, and laugh. :) I think that... since we only have one life, it's useless being stiff and serious. That's why I laugh and have fun and ignore people who say I should be mature. Being mature brings sad thoughts, stress, and similar.
