Harry Potter Food Week!! June 28, 2011 I currently run a blog called A Tale of 2 Foodies. On this blog, a friend and I cook food that is mentioned in literature (novels, poems, songs, etc). These posts include where we got the food from, a recipe, and our comments on how the food tastes. Of course, we are avid supporters of Harry Potter, and with the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 movie coming out, we decided to dedicate some time on our blog to cooking food from Harry Potter! We did a food week for the DH Part 1 movie, where we made yorkshire pudding, treacle tart, shepherd's pie, pumpkin pasties, butterbeer and pumpkin juice. This time, we are making over 10 foods from the Harry Potter books, which we will be posting about between July 5th and 15th, 2011. This includes some classic British foods, as well as some Honeydukes treats.
