before you ask about the new other username, I'm planning on turning my name into Twilight Sage at some point, but since everyone here still knows me as Black Mage Jr, I'm taking the transition slowly, so readers will be able to learn to associate the new name with me.

Welcome to april, a month where I may not get much writing done, but I'll explain all of that below.

Beliefs

-I believe that Donkey Kong Country 2 Diddy's Kong Quest is the best game ever, but that's just a personal opinion, I'm not asking you to agree or disagree, I'm just stating the game I like most

-I believe that Final Fantasy 4 is the hardest game I have ever tried to play, hands down.

-I believe Final Fantasy 10-2 could have been a better game, but my opinion of it has changed over time, so it is less tedious, especially if you don't do the sidequests, just depends on how much of a completionist you are.

-I believe that Final Fantasy 6 is the pinnacle of the series, though I'm sure people will argue that until they are blue in the face.

-I believe that Shadow the Hedgehog is an underrated game, and that it's not as bad as people think.

Sure, it's glitchy at times, but so was 06, and this was better, Sega at least tried something different, and I will admit it didn't work, but it was still a fun game.

-I believe that Organization 13 were wrongly killed, if you think about the game's storyline, all they wanted to do was to get hearts to become whole once more.

Sure, their methods were not quite in the right, but they were still working for a good goal.

-I believe that Tidus of Final Fantasy 10 is a complete moron character, I mean, the laughing scene...

Nuff said.

Recently, one of our family pets was put down due to liver problems. I feel it's right to put up a memorial for him here, even though I may not always be around this site.

Hey everyone, welcome to april 2012, and quite possibly the warmest April up north I have ever seen in my 20 years of life.

No seriously, we're already reach highs of 20-25, usually we're still getting over winter.

But back onto other matters, I'm proud to announce that the month of one-shots was a resounding success, and that I will probably try this again sometime, either later this year or next year at the same time.

On another note, I don't know how much writing I'll get done this month due to a combination of my computer being weird lately, less time on the computer, and the fact that i have been getting back into Geocaching, one of the few outdoor activities I can actually stand for long periods of time.

I will continue to publish chapters of Muted at the same speed I have been, and I have hopefully found the spark to finish chapter 10 and get working on the next 20 chapters (don't worry, they should go slightly faster than chapter 10 has, considering I have everything planned out for them), but be prepared for them to possibly be a day late, as I don't know if I'll always remember to update.

As for new story ideas, well, I've gotten a couple of good ones, and I'm hoping to get them typed up and published over time, but there may be a lull in my new faster updating schedule, so be patient with me, especially since my summer writing drought is coming ever closer.

Updates have so far been pretty much on schedule, with only one near-miss so far, as in the fourth chapter, where I was unaware it was even Saturday for much of the day, and nearly missed publishing it.

I'm afraid that this idea may not be touched on in a while, especially since I still can't seem to begin the story. Which means that, sorry fans, Goodbye is going on a hiatus for now.

About me.

How I write: I'm normally a very casual writer. I rarely will force myself to work on any story, except on rare cases when I want to get one updated by a specific time. Forcing myself to work on stories doesn't help much anyways, as it actually will make me want to work on a chapter even less, and then I'll put it off for even longer.

If you are going to read my stories, prepare for the occasional long waiting period between chapters, since at some points I can just get kind of sick of writing, and have to take a break from it, which usually means no updates for a few weeks to the worst at around a month or more.

Age:20! oh god, I don't wanna be two decades old, I miss my childhood already, how did time pass so quick...and no, even after two years of being legal, I still have yet to drink any kind of alcohol.

Looks: Blue eyes, dark brown hair that I usually keep laying flat, incredibly pale skin from a mixture of a naturally pale complexion, plus my overall lack of sun during my teen years, and more akin to wearing dark clothes like blue jeans and dark shirts, except at home...and you will probably never see me outside in shorts.

Personality:I'm a heavy pessimist, I have bouts of Depression that come on randomly, but I am a generally upbeat person underneath all of my faults, and I'm usually willing to try and help a friend as best i can.

I'm also A.D.H.D, and am incredibly forgetful at times, so don't be surprised if I zone out all of a sudden, I've been off my ritalin for a while now, and have grasped not needing it and reigning in my emotions, but I can still have bouts of stupidity.

I'm also a lover of novels, and my room is full of books that I've probably read each at least once or twice, if not more.

most of the time i'll read things by the same author or in the same genre (Big fan of fantasy novels, and adventure novels...also kind of into drama novels (if you count the da-vinci code).

Jobs:nope, still nothing.

Favorite past-times:TV, chatting with the friends I have, checking out interesting stories around the site (I don't often venture out of the video game section, but I have been moving into anime and books recently, mostly harry potter and Naruto), playing various games (when I feel like touching them), and reading when i feel like it.

I also draw on occasion, and of course I really enjoy writing, though I don't always feel up to doing it, so my writing is rather stunted by that fact.

Current favorite game:my best guess would be Golden Sun: Dark Dawn (I think I'm roughly half-way through the game after only having it a week)

Currently playing: Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, Sonic Colors, and Kirby Return to Dreamland (all very good games), as well as Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Heart II

All Time Favorite Game

Donkey Kong country 2 Diddy's Kong Quest (SNES)

I find this game to be one that I always go back to play, plus the graphics for the time were revolutionary, and the story and levels were just overall amazing, a nice difficulty curve, enough replay value and a completionists dream with all the collectibles in the game and the final world.

I just consider it the best of the Rareware series, a game I grew up learning and playing, and one that I always return to.

Some of my friends on Fanfiction:

Heartless Nobody/Zero-Cross (on Deviantart) (Or Scott): Probably my best friend online, he's a great guy that you can always seem to trust with your problems, and he's really fun to just chat with about fanfiction, anime and games.

Musashi the master: A master of crossover stories, He's a very talented writer if you like the series he works within (Which I unfortunately don't, I'm sorry), plus he's fun to talk with about anime as well.

Cali IX: A good friend that I haven't seen in a long time, she wrote some brilliant stories such as "smashing ways the super smash bros ways" a must read for people that enjoy silly super smash brothers stories.

Nintendogeek01: A nice up-and-coming writer that I had the pleasure to meet back when he was still working on his first story, a super smash brothers survivor fic that was pretty cool, but now does gargantuan stories that are brilliant, very dramatic, and incredibly well-written. We've never actually talked before, but I like the guy well enough.

KlonoaDream - A really cool person I've sort of formed a friendship with, or at least i would consider it a friendship, although it is restricted to just on the site. She writes amazing alternate universe stories, and I would highly recommend The Advent Of Misadventures and Secret or Misconception, two amazing stories that she has written.

Her work is brilliant and I'm really glad to have found it in the first place, I love her work so much, and I'm always happy when I see another update, because the stories always make me laugh and brighten my day.

Some Authors I Enjoy

Sovereign Beta - A massive connoisseur of various works, He is an excellent writer that makes everything feel right, especially my two favorite stories of his, "Jump," and masks.

His stories have some drama, and I'm afraid he's in a bit of a slump, but his work is amazing, and I would say you should give it a try, it can't hurt.

Hestic - Is, or was a joint account between two friends, which one has now become .

Hestic - Apparently a big fan of the devil May Cry series (Which I have no experience with, unfortunately), her work is really good, and I would recommend you at least check out her stories Radiant Beauty, and the Last Spartan, both great works that I have found myself reading over a couple of times.

ChibifoxAI - A great writer, she wrote the massive series Meister of red and Cyber Heroine, and has sequels planned for both as far as I know, plus the other work she has released are equally excellent, a must-read for any Yu-Gi-Oh GX or Megaman Battle Network fans out there.

Kiome-yasha - An excellent writer that has a rather long ongoing Kingdom hearts story called the Diary of Namine, it is a very long read, but you will never feel cheated out of a long chapter, they are as long as I've probably seen yet on this site, but they are always gratifying.

she has a lot of stories to offer, all of them well thought out, and all very very good, so if your really interested in the dramatics, give her a check.

HurkyDoesn'tKnow - A writer that has as far as I know not made any updates recently, she is a very strong writer, who does brilliant work with her own OC Hurky, and her brilliant series of "Dude where's?" stories, as well as her small spinoff series.

The jokes are amazing, and I'm always left laughing after I read them, so I would really say you should give her stories a look-see if you want a good laugh.

Srgeman - I'm afraid that I'm still unsure about the gender of this writer, though their main OC is a girl, but I don't wanna judge anything.

Anyways, this author is brilliant, even though their stories are a bit more crude than I'm used to, I still really enjoy them, and they are rather funny and dramatic, a very good read if you enjoy AU Pokemon stories.

I am Liable to say Bowser X Peach, but I'm on the fence about it because of a few variables, including the fact he's a giant turtle/lizard thing.

No Mario X Peach, because the princess is such a tease, only offering her hero kisses and cake.

Rainbow Dash X Fluttershy (Yeah, I've kind of gotten into MLP, so what. Also, these two have history, so that is a deciding factor in my choice.)

Link X Saria (I know, I know, she's got the body of a child, but I like to think of it as a forbidden love kinda thing, like romeo and juliet.)

Terra X Celes (yeah, Yuri pairing, deal with it, they have chemistry, and they can relate to each other, but just to appease you.)

Celes X Locke (all three are good pairings in their own right, from looking at the story, the character interaction, and just overall how they look together.)
