Author has written 15 stories for Kirby, Homestar Runner, Young Wizards, Zoombinis, Legend of Zelda, Xiaolin Showdown, Futurama, Avatar: Last Airbender, Pokemon, and Mario. 12/2/09: . . .Damn, you guys. Temple of the Sun is up to 50 reviews ALREADY (by that logic, by the time it's finished it will have FOUR HUNDRED! D8) and The Legend of Eevee is going on 100. . . and will probably hit said landmark by next chapter, which is in my opinion, the best one so far. Perfect timing?! Anyway, a billion thank yous to Child at Heart Forever for making the super duper awesome Paper Mario Community (head reels at amount of stories in it) and to Cyberchao X for reviewing every freaking chapter I write. I also noticed he recommended TLoE over at TV Tropes. . . I feel like a big shot now. Uh. . . maybe I should actually put something on here in case anyone reads it. . . .Hi! I'm not revealing my name or my age (the stalkers, they're everywhere) but I will tell you that, despite the fact that my screen name is "that one little guy", I'm actually a girl. "That one little guy" is a referrence to Homestar Runner. More specifically, it's a referrence to the Strong Bad email "army", in which Strong Bad was asked whether or not Strong Badia has an official army. His response was such: "Strong Badia needs no army! Me and that one big guy and that one little guy. . . we're a one-man army. . . .A three-man one-y. . . .Three-to-one marny?" Also, one of the Firebert action figure's special features is that he is "That One Little Guy!" However, my name does have a deeper significance. For the most part, but not always, I tend to like hanging around the smaller categories on ff.net, for many reasons. First, the big categories tend to be so filled with junk (stupid thirteen-year-old fangirls who can't spell. . . .) that it's impossible to navigate/find anything good. Also, most of them have massive, obsessed cult followings that I really don't want to be a part of. And the other reason is pretty simple: I like supporting the lesser-appreciated games/shows/whatever. I stick up for the little guys. . . 'cause I'm that one little guy. . . you get it. Note: I feel at this point I should add that elsewhere on the Interwebz, I am generally known as Slarg The Gnome. Which. . . isn't a very feminine name either. In case you wanted to know some other random stuff about me, I live in Bloomington, Minnesota, or "B-Town" as we natives call it. It's the home of the Mall of America (it is NOT in Minneapolis!) and pretty much nothing else of interest. Stuff I like includes reading, writing, (competitive) swimming, show choir-ing, and pianoing. In fact, I've been playing the piano for thirteen years. You might say I have a thing for the piano. I've even written a few songs. Maybe you'll get to hear them someday when I'm rich and famous. It turns out, I like shipping. I would never have guessed. Here are my three favorite pairings, as of this very moment: Waddle Dee/Adeleine (Kirby) Parakarry/Bow (Paper Mario) Sokka/Toph (Avatar) I just thought of some other interesting stuff about me: I have perfect pitch. I have three kidneys. I am double-jointed in my elbows, or shoulders, I'm not really sure. I can do this thing with my arms that I can't really describe, but it totally grosses everybody out. Okay, that's all. Have a nice day. :D | |||||||||
