There are no guarantees that the stories being planned will make it to the writing stage, but those being written have a pretty good chance of being edited and published. Being written: "The Assailant": Full Metal Panic! romance with Sousuke and Chidori. Kurz is on break. Mao is running errands. That leaves Sousuke to listen to Chidori mindlessly flipping through a magazine. He only thought it would be a peaceful night. It starts off like an action piece, but it's really more of a romance comedy. Current rating: T for innuendo and mild language. Hey Jealousy: Final Fantasy VII mystery and romance involving Reno and Tifa. Reno wakes up in 7th Heaven with a hangover, but finds himself in much more trouble before the day is out. I started this story a long time ago, but I recently re-discovered it and decided to finish it up. Hopefully. It's a ReTi, because I love that pairing. Also, I randomly decided to have each chapter based off of a Gin Blossom song, because I just see those kinds of songs working for Reno. Yeah. Current rating: M for swearing and various adult themes. I'm Sorry I Love You: Harry Potter drama and romance involving Draco and Hermione. "Yes. Purebloods, from this point onward, must marry muggle-borns." And, just like that, everything Draco had ever known shattered. This is based off of the Marriage Law Challenge, which calls for the creation of a law that forces purebloods to marry muggle-borns. To be honest, the challenge was originally intended for Snape/Hermione, but I think that's really gross. So Dramione it is! It's going to be a very dramatic and somewhat dark fic (hence the title) so I may have to cross-post certain parts of chapters with my live journal. Current rating: M for swearing, violence, and various adult themes. "L's Real Name": Death Note humor with L and Light, of course. Light needs to find out L’s real name. He needs to win. During dinner, a plan hits him that’s so devious, so simple, he immediately puts it into action. I have no idea when I came up with this story, but I find it funny. It'll be written in mock-seriousness, and the ending is a surprise one. Current rating: T for language and large quantities of alcohol. Monster: Harry Potter drama and mystery involving Draco Malfoy. “mon’ster (mon’stər) n. 1, a fantastical half-human animal. 2, an abnormally malformed animal or plant. 3, a morally deformed person.” He picked up his pencil and added: “4, Draco Malfoy.” I don't want to give much away, but this spawned from me thinking entirely too much about how a person's blood status is determined. It affects Draco, and his life basically sucks from the beginning of the story (poor thing!). Also, it will involve a murder mystery... muahaha. Current rating: T for language and adult themes. The Simple Need to Talk: Harry Potter drama about Harry Potter. Each day that passed brought Harry a new challenge, but it also brought him further from the war. Basically, this story will be one hundred drabbles about the days following the end of the war. I'm not really going to pay much attention to the canon post-war because, as O'Brien writes, war stories don't have as much to do with truth as they do with emotions. (I should probably take this time to write that the title actually comes from O'Brien's book The Things They Carried.) I'm writing this for the 100 Times Challenge. Current rating: T for adult themes. "Wizard DATAmatch, or In Which Hermione Granger Completely Loses It": Harry Potter humor and slight romance between Draco and Hermione. This is not a love story. Not in the slightest. It is, in fact, a hate story. For you see, Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy hated each other very much. I began to write this off of a weird brainwave, and some of the story actually spawned The Danger of Love. However, there was enough material left over to write this short blurb.
