March 2007 30-something Australian who only discovered anime/manga last year and then somehow stumbled into reading fanfics. I'm not a writer, but I am a voracious reader so I thought I should contribute something in return. Consequently I've tried to leave reviews where possible; although it is sometimes difficult to decide whether the author only wants an acknowledgement that you've read their work or whether they want in more detailed constructive criticism. Usually I end up with an uneasy mix of both. Favourites of the Month - Naruto - The Art of Fabrication : Nine1991 An interesting story where Sasuke was never a ninja of Konoha. And then there's the mystery of Naruto's background, which the author doles out just enough to keep you coming back. Masks and Shadows : kilerkki A Naruto / Harry Potter crossover. Not a combination I'd normally read, but I like how the author remembers that Naruto and Co are ninjas, trained to fight and kill. - Avatar, The Last Airbender - Dancing in the Dark : DamageCtrl I like the fact that the author doesn't gloss over the difficulties of a "peasant" becoming the wife of the Fire Lord. And please drop by and read KC Evan’s A Citizen Duty. Although I’m the beta and therefore more than a little biased, you won't be disappointed. A Citizen’s Duty: KC Evans | |||||||||
