June 27th, Update-type-thinger. Howdy!

No injuries please.
It is summer. I have 2 jobs, which means no days off. One of my jobs is at a vet clinic, and as I am pretty allergic to cats I come home most nights and flop into bed. That is, of course, after taking massive amounts of Benadryl. (Don't take that stuff before bed, you get really freaky dreams.) So, on nights that I'm not fending off little pink Christina Aguilera monsters (kudos on the reference if you know it) I'm either out and about with friends or the boy. Believe it or not, my social life is fairly healthy :)
Geek I am, but friends I have.
Yeah.
So, the writing has been going slow as you have probably noticed. Sorry, I got stuck. I'm just now starting to get myselfunstuck with the aid of the eternal headcold, which is currently threatening to eat my entire summer. Withmayo. On rye.
It sucks.
But hopefully it'll goaway soon, and I hope to have the nextchapter of HDW up early next week, but don't hurt me if it's not there. Like I said, I've justgotten myself majorly stuck on it. I know exactly what I want to do with it, but my brain refuses to put it together intelligently.

Hi all!
Whelp, I'm Scarred Rose. I am a crazy over-achieving bio major who just had a crap-tastic semester. As such, I've decided that I'm gonna take a little break this Christmas and write some fanfiction! WOOT! College really is not the best time to write this stuff, what with being busy all the time, and so I am a few years out of practice in the FF world. But darn it, I need a break!
So, myself and my assorted craziness.
I said I'm in college, right? Bio major, spanish minor, pre-vet. Fun all around.
During the school year I work in my school's wet lab cloning corals and feeding fishies and such, during the summer I work at a local zoo and get bitten and peed on by various and sundry critters.
Lets see, interests include drawing stuff, painting stuff, watching anime/ reading manga, fencing (sabre rocks!), martial arts, pulling my hair out over exams, rennaisance faire, following the church of the flying spaghetti monster, singing highly inappropriate songs in public with my roomate, doing stuff with freinds, and randomly dressing up like a pirate and wandering around. (Don't knock it til you've tried it!)
So yeah, I'm just gonna come out now and say that I am one of those incredibly looserly people that puts schoolwork first. Gotta keep up the old GPA for vet school and whatnot. As such, my stories aren't gonna get updated during the semester unless I get ahead in my work (laughs hysterically, and then falls over crying) which is pretty unlikely.
Erm, favorite anime and manga series... too many to name. However, I am quite fond of Chrno Crusade (the manga, cuz the anime made me cry :( ) and Full Metal Alchemist. I mostly like FMA because Ed and I are the same person. Short, blonde, angry, and we both have a bum leg. Only difference, I'm a girl.
