Now that you're here, I can at least say a word or two about myself and my writing(s). I don't know, if all that is of any importance, but maybe I can satisfy the curiosity of some people out there... ;)

Janey's fanfic history
In the beginning I've said I wouldn't be able to post that much, but I've proven myself wrong almost immediately - meaning that I did upload, albeit only on a sporadic basis.
Since I'm more the messy type when it comes to writing, I have the outlines of a bunch of stories on my comp but little time (or patience...) to even think of getting them done. Also, I don't seem to be able to write chronological. Which means, I have a loose collection of story snippets and no real idea how to put them together... (-_-;)
Now that I have a job, it's only the evenings and the weekends that allow me to write... and sometimes that's not as appealing as it used to be. But the plot bunnies don't care and continue their attacks. So you can expect more stories in the future.

story status and background
Dilemma (DC/MK story) - done
Couldn't help but post a story that kept lingering in my mind for about two years. I'm just like that... (procrastinating, I mean)
Since I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out, it might be a good idea to look through my old notes again. There could be hidden another nice plot. A second DC oneshot is already in progress (since January 2006 actually - see a trend here?). Not sure, when I'll get the missing parts done, though. Hopefully soon.

Dilemma was awarded the best fanfic in a recent contest on Yurikamome Forum.
Well, it was the only prose entry amongst a few poems, but I'm still a little bit proud. :D
Fruits Basket Drabbles (FB story - obviously) - there might come more
Little stories with a length of (mostly) 100 words each.
Four chapters at the moment. Haven't had a good idea for a while, so no new chapter in sight.
I might accept requests at this point, just to be able to update again...
Cause And Effect: The Burden Of A Legacy (RK story) - 4th chapter online
This is my first real multi-chapter fic. Due to 'real life'... mainly work and the resulting lack of motivation... it's not progressing as fast as I'd like it to. Will have to work hard on this project to keep the updates (kind of) frequent. But I will definitely NOT abandon the story. I've worked too hard on it already.
At the moment I'm collecting the background info for the story. It looks like that's going to become a little encyclopedia... If you want to have a look, click the homepage link above and once you're there choose the 'Fics' link in the menue and then 'story background' under the description of the Cause And Effect entry.
