Author has written 27 stories for Naruto, Inuyasha, Tokyo Mew Mew, Yu-Gi-Oh, Tenchi Muyo, Tales of Vesperia, and Kuroshitsuji. Yo peoples! So yes, this is my profile. I know, I know, it's totally super-awesome because it is my profile after all. Ego much Devon? Yes indeed. Name: I usually go by Devon. My initials are D.E.A. Why do I want to tell you that? Because if I had one more D, they'd be D.E.A.D. And that would just be cool. Don't even try to tell me that it wouldn't. Age: 20. So weird not being a teen. Sex: Female. Yay, joy. Me: I like talking in the third person. Not because I think it's cute or anything, just because it's random, and I like random. I'm a big loser and proud of that (in other words, she has no life). I'm much more comfortable talking to people online then in real life because I am insanely quiet. I love my computer. I call it my Makky ('tis a Mac). I enjoy people-watching, reading, writing (duh), anime, yaoi, animals, lots of candy and other sweets (I should be fat, but apparently my metabolism is still kickin' ass and takin' names. Just wait until I'm 40), procrastinating, generally being lazy (again, Devon should be a tub of lard in front of a computer), and cats. Writing: Most of my stuff will be for anime, because that is what I obsess most over. Most of my stuff will also be yaoi, because if it isn't gay sex, it ain't good sex. Some of it is heterosexual, but as you may notice, I haven't written anything like that for a while. I'm lazy, so a lot of what I write are oneshots because I get good ideas for them, and because I don't have to update them. I can write just about anything, from the fluffiest, cutest stuff ever, to dark and twisted. I enjoy writing the dark and twisted ideas a lot more than I do the cute fluffy ones, but when I'm reading I end up liking the cute stuff more, so go figure (although darker themes do give me shivers, I must admit). Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's deep, sometimes it's meant to be taken at face-value. And sometimes, someone will mention something meaningful that I've written in a review and I'll look back and be like "WHOA!!! I totally didn't even realize I added that in there!" Obsessions: When I obsess, I obsess hard. Aw fuck, why try to hide it? Yu-Gi-Oh is back to being the main player. Second time getting into it now, and I feel like I've got more ideas than ever. I just need to write them X3 Thiefshipping and Deathshipping, baby! I guess Kuroshitsuji is taking the backseat now XP Dark and demented stories are fun, but the fluffy stuff is good too. A Typical Fridays: -As the summary states, 30 oneshot chapters centered around Thiefshipping. And yes, I am using lyrics based off the song "Friday," but give it a chance. I promise you'll enjoy! The story updates every Friday, and will continue to do so until I finish all 30 chapters. Most are humorous, some are serious, and some are angsty. Basically, it's a plethora of love! Update!: Currently updating every other Friday, as I've been busy with life and work and am trying to get some other things written and updated as well. 2. Blood Is Thicker: -It's a story about vampires (Bakura and Ryou) and vampire hunters (Marik and Malik), and when the two meet it's bound to be messy. The shippings for it are Thiefshipping because I love it so, and Deathshipping because for some strange reason I find it to be cute. As some people may have noticed, I am also working on my other story called Deadly Ambivalence (see below; it's another Thiefshipping fanfic so check it out if you've got the time! It'll be worth it, I promise!). Obviously that has been taking up some of my time, but I'm making sure to alternate between what I work on, so nothing is getting left behind. Status for chapter sixteen (the final chapter!): Sorry, but no hints as to what's happening in this last chapter. Not that you probably can't guess. I mean, it's not going to be that much of a mystery. But anyways! Right now, I want to have it online sometime by April. Maybe at the beginning of the month, maybe at the end. Maybe sooner. Since I'm so close to the end, I want to work on this hardcore and finish it. That means that my other fics will probably be on something of a hold, so the idea here is that if I'm not devoting as much time to them, I'll be able to pay more attention to this! Deadly Ambivalence: -So this is an AU Thiefshipping story (but there will be other pairings, Puppyshipping being the only one I'm certain of at this time) that features Marik as an assassin who has been sent by Seto Kaiba to kill Bakura! Yay! And if you've read the summary of it, you can pretty much guess that things don't turn out too well for our dear, very pretty, assassin. Woot! Status for chapter six: HIATUS!!! 4. As They Seem formally known as The End? I Don't Think So: Yeah, probably not going to get written anytime soon, if at all. Looking back on it, I realized my writing kind of sucked a lot too. And while I do still like the idea, I've got other things I'm working on that need to be updated, so if I DO ever take up writing it again, it probably won't be until my workload is cleared up some. Or unless I get REEEAAAALLLY motivated to do so. Discontinued. I don't really make a habit of stating this, but if you actually read my profile and got to the end of it, then I shall allow you all to know that I do take requests.
