Here are some things you might find interesting to know about me: I'm the oldest of three, all younger sisters. I don't think my age is important... but I might tell you if I feel like being nice. xD I dabble in the Kim Possible fandom because of its close-knit community feel; everyone knows and respects everyone else. That's just how it works. I love the Avatar fandom because of the diversity and different backgrounds you find. There are so many different fans, shippers, and hard-core addicts out there, and I just love it. Even though we're all different (and can get somewhat rabid sometimes), we're all shouting the same thing: "AVATAR!" Some of us just shout more loudly than others. Well, I hate cake, love picking the toppings off my pizza, and I am lactose intolerant. I play acoustic guitar, piano/keyboard, clarinet, three notes on the trombone, and I could probably figure out percussion if I wanted to. I am left-handed, which makes me and my kind 660 million (660,000,000) in size - that's one out of every ten, or 10 percent of the population for you geniuses in the crowd. I have a few favorite characters, and if you're smart and have heard my ramblings/read my writings, you know what I'm talking about. (Hint: If you're still confused, one of them starts with an "R" and ends with an "-on." The other starts with an "S" and IS PRONOUNCED WITH AN "-OKKA"!) "Kim Possible" I love writing stories about Kim Possible. Kim and the gang - especially Ron - have so much potential for so many different things. You can write a story about romance, drama, intrigue, mystery, action, and even humor, and still keep them believable within the "KP-verse." About half of my stories are about KP and her buds. I've recently discovered that I have a knack for angsty oneshots. I've tried to start a long, almost novel-length story, but that didn't go over well. One- to four-chapter standalones are the things I've realized are good for me. Right now, I have written a sequel to Revenge is a Dish called To Build an Empire. After lots of speculation, much thinking, and many requests, I have decided not to write a sequel to either Rose or Brown. I think these oneshots were perfect as just that - oneshots. I don't want to ruin the open-ended feel of their stories with a sequel that probably won't be nearly as good as the original. Like in the movies. Um, I took out the "Favored Pairings" section because, quite frankly, I don't think anyone honestly cares what I ship/don't ship. "Madagascar" I've written one completed story about "Madagascar," which ended up being a oneshot. I attempted to start a real-time story, but it didn't work very well. I started, then sort of fizzled out. It was a great movie that captured my attention and imagination for a few months, but it just couldn't keep my interest. I've still got loyalties to KP, and I probably won't ever stray. It was good while it lasted, but the movie just wasn't my permanent thing. Sorry to all those who were expecting more big-time stories from me - I don't think it will happen. EDIT: I LOVED the second movie! Anyone else? Y/Y/rutabaga? :D Now that's a movie worth watching over and over again. Though I think it had more romance than the first one... "Avatar: The Last Airbender" That's right, you guys! I have a second love besides KP - Avatar! Yay, what fun! And, of course, as previously stated... SOKKA OWNZ YO. Peace. I really do love this show. I have always admired it from afar, but it was only recently I decided to delve deeper into this part of my life and become... a full-blown Avatard!! Yay. :) Now, fear not, KP fans - I still keep my loyalty to this kick butt show. But, thanks to Kiminator Mark XII, I have realized that it's OK to like two shows at the same time. We have the Avatar Season 1 & 2 boxed sets. We also own all of the Avatar Book 3: Fire discs, which means we own like, every single Avatar ever released on DVD. (Mindbending) So under "Avatar," I have a few different stories, including a Yuokka oneshot. Now I know many of you may be like, "WTH? Sokka is soo over her. She's been dead for like, two whole seasons or something..." Well, yeah. Maybe. But I like to think that deep down, he still holds a teensy candle for our Northern Water Tribe princess. And dang, I was so upset when they didn't do anything about Sokka's little love triangle in "The Ember Island Players"! I thought for sure Suki would find out about Yue sooner or later... Guess not. Avatar Pairings Now, unlike KP, I'm pretty much cool with all (straight) pairings, so these aren't in any particular order. Piandursa Hakaya - (Hakoda/Kaya, Katara and Sokka's mom) Ozursa - (only because it's canon) Harustache Tearoh Boomerokka - (crack!pairing) Maiko - (kinda sorta sometimes maybe if I really, really want to on occasion; I'm not sure yet) SIDE-NOTE THINGY: Another ship I don't ship is Jetara, and that's because 1) he was a total freak that tried to kill Sokka and wipe out an entire village of innocent people, and 2) he's DEAD. It's hard to ship a pairing when one of the people is... y'know... no longer around. Yeah, I don't ship dead people. Oh, and Yue doesn't count because she transcended death to become the Moon Spirit. Thus, she is perfectly acceptable to be allowed a ship. However, you won't find me writing about Jet, Zhao, or Hahn as a major pairing because... well... they're all dead.
