(10-3-09) - I deleted Combustibility. Why? I aim to write more fanfiction for other fandoms, I'm barely even into TF anymore, and I am not meant to be a romance and OC writer. I just can't do it. I am a Suspense/Action/Sci-Fi/Humor/Horror writer. I reek when it comes to all-out-romance. OC's are hard to maintain while keeping every other character in-character, and the only current OC fanfiction "M.F." left is an abomination because I've majorly screwed up. It was a product of my 14-year-old-mind when I did like TF two and a half years ago. I'm still keeping this one up because I'm in too deep into the story and have to continue it. I'm probably going to go back and make some major edits to chapters in it to fix it (not changing the plot or course of events, simply making things a little more in-character and less dramatic). It shall be continued, but please understand I can't force fanfiction I don't want to write. Why post it in the first place? I only wrote "Combustibility" to entertain those that wanted romance garb and human/inhuman stuff. "M.F." still has hope to improve. Now, some other fanfiction I'm co-authoring does have an OC in it, although there is more room for interpretation in the selected fandoms, and the OC's life is not the sole purpose of the fanfiction. I'm currently busy creating fanfiction for canon characters (they already have defined personalities that are easier to write than struggling to maintain an OC you haven't figured out yet) that I will post very soon. Upcoming fandoms: Hellsing, Gunnm, possibly Vampire Academy, and yes, Transformers, although the TF fanfiction will not contain OC's. There is always the presence of some romance in my fanfiction, although it is more or less a side-relationship and doesn't take away from the main purpose of the plot. To those that want to strangle me for this, I apologize; and please take into account I simply couldn't continue. For MF I have a plot. For Com. it was all improvised.

(9-23-09) - Ugh. Major writers block for Transformers. I can honestly say I lost my interest in it quite a while ago. I really, really want to post more variety of fanfiction due to the fact the current stuff I have posted gives off the illusion of someone solely interested in TF (which is NOT true). I used to have a huge variety of fanfiction until I got sick of the old junk I wrote as a 12-year-old and deleted it. I contemplated deleting "Combustibility" but due to requests to keep it posted, I won't delete it. As for the others: Status: IN PROGRESS. Sorry to readers that are expecting updates, but I'm still not satisfied with how the chapter updates sound to me at this moment. The point of writing is to keep people entertained, and right now I just don't have things together yet. I'm currently busy writing a Hellsing fanfiction (basic plot: Rip van Winkle has survived merely by accident and chance. Alucard now has a new fledgling to deal with (more explanation later), they have to take down Millennium, yadda yadda, etc.) and the first chapter is almost complete. The co-writing scheme with one of my friends was/is progressing very well. Things have slowed because of school and what not, but the shared fanfiction is developing. So, yeah, the major factors behind lack of anything whatsoever: School, required volunteer hours for the IB Program (academic program I'm involved in at school), the infamous job search, Art Life (which is thriving at the moment) and what not. Now that school has started I have a life again and it's hard to keep up with my internet bizz. Once again, thank you for your patience and I really am working to get things posted. Promise!

(8-31-09) - Chapters are still in progress...I can't find a writing style to work with right now. I've tried re-writing chapters and they all simply come up dry. My inspiration is somewhere else. I'm so sick of writing OC TF fanfiction right now. I only started "My Fortress" two years ago as a way to cure my boredom and exercise my love for the human/inhuman relationship. I never knew it would ever take off like it is now. It's awesome that it is, but my writing is just devoid of anything interesting right now, particularly for TF. I need to upload more diverse fanfiction. I'm more interested in my own original manga series and shared series (manga or writing) at the moment, and that's basically what I've been working on since December of '08. Expect fanfiction updates, but be prepared for newer stuff, is all I can say. A friend recently introduced the "Vampire Academy" series to me, and I'm addicted to it. Also the Hellsing and the Gunnm/Battle Angel Alita manga series.

(7-25-09) - Writer's block is finally over! I have my inspiration back. I re-wrote and edited chapter 26 of "M. F." probably five times at least in the past few months, and now I'm finally satisfied with it. I expect to update again in August if things go well. Thank you for your patience with me, and once again I apologize for lack in updates.

Background: I am a junior in high school (16); my life revolves Music, Art, Computers, and Animation/Cartoons/Comics/Manga. I play electric guitar and piano and enjoy composing, songwriting, theatre/acting, sketching, reading and writing. As far as career choices I'm going into Graphic Design and Animation -- it's the perfect way to get into business and still enjoy the artsy side of things. My plans are to get a double-degree (Master's) in Graphic Communications/Design and Electronic Media. Basically, I'm another ambitious teenage computer geek that puts all of my energy into work and studies. I have a strong addiction to Metal music (ie, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Rammstein, etc.), which is the greatest music of all time. Despite the fact I prefer American comics (Watchmen, Batman, etc.), Japanese manga is great. I'm currently into Hellsing and Battle Angel Alita/Gunnm.

I have many amazing friends on this site and they're all awesome. I can't list them all at the moment with added personal messages, but just know you guys are great and are what keep me writing!

Basically, I write mostly out of boredom, and mostly my works contain Action/Adventure, some with a side romance. Currently I only have fanfiction for Transformers, but I will update more for different fandoms. I'm trying to branch out into multiple fandoms at a time, considering I've lost interest in one alone--this way, I won't burn out on a fanfiction and abandon it, as I've done in the past. Speaking of which, I might be deleting some fanfiction I haven't written to in a while. I'm sorry, but I might not be able to continue it anytime soon if I haven't added to it in a year or so.

Upcoming fanfiction ideas/works that may or may not be posted/written (in no particular order):

1) Untitled - Something Alucard x Integra for Hellsing. More than likely rated T or M, suspense/action with a gradual romance, and obviously lots of gore and blood.

2) Untitled - Something for Tithe? Maybe?

3) Untitled - Something for Extras (from the Uglies series). That book was way too amazing to overlook, and Sci-Fi is very fun to write.

4) Untitled - Something for Battle Angel/Gunnm

5) Untitled (possibility) - This one is a giant "maybe." I can't believe I'm saying this, but I might actually write something for Dracula.
