Author has written 13 stories for Harry Potter, Twilight, Batman, Poppy Z Brite, Pushing Daisies, and Merlin. Greetings all! Thanks for taking a look at my work. I appreciate all comments and criticism so please review! One important thing to note is that my stories are usually much better than my summaries (though that's really up to you). If you have any questions or just want to talk, don't hesitate to contact me. I really hope you find something you like as I add more stories. About my stories (minimal spoilers): Those with an "F" are my favorites. Twilight: F -Abide with Me is a oneshot lemon between Rosalie and Alice (AliRose). Plain and simple. F-Alice in Blunderland is a femslash set in New Moon. Alice discovers she has feelings for Bella when the two race off to Italy to save Edward from an unnecessary fate. Edward and Tanya are in love and Ed is under the impression Tanya has been captured and killed by the Volturi. Alice and Jasper are not together. Successful in their venture, Alice and Bella decide to stay a while in Italy to see the sights. Alice battles her feelings but little does she know that the girl of her dreams might just feel likewise. Rated T for sexual situations and some language. F -Bells and Roses is a femslash set in Twilight. Rosalie and Emmet are together but Rose finds herself struggling with feelings for someone else, someone she is forbidden to love. Bella is having trouble making friends, as she has just moved to Forks, and is ecstatic when Rose invites her to a concert. The two discover their love for one another but not everyone is happy for them. The two have to fight to protect their love. Rated M for language, a lemon, and a near rape scene. -Grace of One is the epilogue to Alice in Blunderland. Please read AiBL first. -Midnight Snack is a oneshot Balice story. Bella misses Edward terribly, tortured by his decision that they cannot be intimate. Alice struggles with her own distance with Jasper. One lonely night the two confide in each other, taking comfort in each others arms with a surprise twist at the end. Rated M for sex. -Triptych is the sequel to Bells and Roses. BellAliRose pairing. Bella deals with what happened to her and Alice discovers something new about herself. What will Rosalie say about it? Can't say much more than that without spoiling. Harry Potter: F -Defending the Moon. Hanna Lennox is a 7th year at Hogwarts with a crush on her professor, Remus Lupin, that she's been trying to ignore for years. One night when she can't sleep she takes a walk to clear her head, finding instead Professor Severus Snape with a deadly syringe sneaking up behind Lupin. She cries out to stop the attack but little does she know just how angry Snape will be. Later on in the story Lucious Malfoy is involved but I can't say much more than that without giving too much away. Rated M for rape, some language, dark but also comforting, has a happy ending. -Untouchable is another fairly dark story involving my OCs. This is not my best writing. Bryan Farren and Jaden Newman are 6th years at Hogwarts. Bryan is completely obsessed with Jaden, who only wants to be his friend. Bryan finds a boy, Clint, rifling through his things one day and beats him for it, discovering that he enjoyed it. This leads to Bryan beating up more kids. Snape-a good guy in this story-notices and has a talk with him, under the impression that Bryan is the one being abused and encourages him to stick up for himself. Bryan takes this as Snape's way of giving him permission to continue hurting others. But when Clint tells Jade everything things change. Bryan, thinking that Jade is in love with him, just playing hard to get, forces himself upon her. However, Snape catches him durring the act and deals with the situation, taking Jade back to his chambers to take care of her. Snape struggles with trying to help Jade, while Jade struggles with what Bryan did to her. The two learn a lot about themselves and each other as they work things out. Rated M for language, rape. There's no Snape/Jaden and it has a happy ending. Batman: -The Punch Line. From the Joker's POV, set around The Dark Knight. The Joker has discovered Batman's true identity and goes to his house where he takes Bruce captive. I'm not really sure if/when I'll update this, but it's T for violence, and there may be some language in the future. Lost Souls: -The Ghost of You Lingers is based on the Poppy Z. Brite novel, Lost Souls. If you have no idea what Lost Souls is, you can check it out and other work by Brite at poppyzbrite.com Spoilers: 3 years after Zillah is killed, Nothing finds himself missing Ghost. When he finally decides to visit him, what will be his and Steve's reaction? M for language, sex, drugs. NothingxGhostxSteve. Pushing Daisies: -Accordion to Who? is a short story based on the TV show. One rainy day when Olive Snook goes to buy dough for Ned, she is abducted by undercover Germans. Digby runs back to the Pie Hole for help, but will he be in time? How will Olive escape and what will Emerson have to say about it? Warning: horrible pun usage. Merlin: -Infection of Your Love is a shorter fic from the fantastic BBC series. A simple tale of friendship, courage and love overcoming all barriers. Merlin/Author and a bit of Morgana/Gwen. It's all alright in the end of course... or is it? Fics I hope to write in the future (those that have been/are currently being made into stories have an "S" next to them): Feel free to message me if you would like to see any of these ideas made into a story. S-A Bella/Alice/Rose fic (with plot). -see Triptych S-Sequel to Bells and Roses. -see Triptych -A Juno fic. -V for Vendetta. -A Titanic fic. People: I love people who are open minded and can hold a reasonably intelligent conversation without getting offended if they/I don't understand something. The best reader/reviewer is an honest one. If you hate my work, flame and rant away, just be prepared for me to express my opinion as well. Critique me! Make suggestions. I'd rather get a helpful review over an "i liked it" any day, but if that's genuinely all you have to say, that's completely fine. I don't discriminate and will always respect your ideas if you respect mine. And please, if I say something that pisses you off, please tell me. I'm generally pretty mellow unless you purposefully mess with me. :P Things I could live without (but don't necessarily hate): The following is not meant to offend anyone, though I'm fairly sure it's unavoidable... Twilight. What? But don't I write Twilight fics? Yes, but I'm actually not that huge of a fan. I mostly just stuck with the books for Alice, and also because I hate abandoning a book or series once I've started. The only redeeming qualities I found in Meyer's mediocre writing were the relationships between a few of the characters, and even there I'm really only referring to Alice. I found the characters more or less flat, static, and most of them too perfect. Even Bella, who was supposed to be the clumsy human, was more or less flawless. Well, except when it came to brains anyway. (And her NAME! Bella=Beautiful, when she constantly reminds the reader of how plain she is while tons of boys are competing for her. Swan=Graceful. Hmm, not so much.) Honestly, if you're going to sacrifice yourself for the person you love, make sure it's your last option. At the end of Twilight, she could have easily told Alice and Jazz what she was planning, they would have gone with her to the ballet studio and stayed hidden until she gave them some sort of signal-such as a scream-and James would have been none the wiser. Edward is just downright annoying, and the relationship between him and Bella evolved way too quickly to be believable, on unmindful grounds. Sorry, but if a few talks and good looks is all it takes for you to fall in love with someone, then I fear for your relationships. (And don't get me started on the whole Bella/Jake/Ed triangle!) It also bugged me how little description Meyer put in, with the occasional big word thrown in there. Furthermore, I had trouble finding anything truly original about the books, and didn't walk away with any sort of profound feeling which I look for in a good story. BUT I do love reading Twilight fics, mostly because half of them are better written than the actual books. I can't read straight pairings though. My favorite pairing is Bella/Alice. If this rant has offended you, then go read a substantial book such as The Fountainhead or The Cat in the Hat, both enormously better and more thought out than anything Meyer has done. (Sorry! Had to say it. Hope you don't judge my stories based on this.) Carpe Diem, -MIS | |||||||||
