Hey there!! Welcome to my page!!

Hello, I'm Hollie and I've been reading and occasionally writing Teen Titans fanfictions for about five years!! I love them so much and try and read them everyday if I can. I am starting my second year of university shortly and hopefully it will be just as amazing as the first year was. I am a simple person; I love spending time with my friends and family, spending money (rather unwisely on take-aways and huge amounts of alcohol), reading urban fantasy books (like the 'Shifters' series by Rachel Vincent, and of course Twilight!!) and fanfictions, listening to a wide variety of music and having interesting conversations with interesting people. I'm a big kid at heart even though I'm turning twenty soon, scary stuff!!

As I said, I love Teen Titans fanfictions, especially ones that focus on Raven who is my favourite character. I enjoy reading Raven x Robin fanfics because I love the different relationships they have. When I was younger I liked the idea of them being romantic with eachother, but now I prefer them just being best friends with a sibling relationship. The same can be said for Cyborg and Beast Boy. I like it when my favourite character gets hurt and the friends are there to comfort and protect them, that goes for everything. As for Starfire, to be honest I couldn't give a toss!! She has always been my least favourite character and I only enjoy a small handful of stories about her, but that's just me!!

Because I'm at university, I rarely update my stories. That's my main excuse. Another one is that I have lost interest with some of my earlier stories (and unfortunately for the fans they are ones people are most interested in) so now I write one-shots and start new stories which never get finished. I have some great ideas for stories that I want to write but they are all merely planned on my computer and unfinished. I hope that one day I will finish them all!!

That's all I can think of to write, and I apologise if this was a total, utter waste of your time. But at least you know a little bit more about me. I'm not the most interesting person on Earth, but there's only one of me. Oh, and why did I choose the pen-name 'Moving Mountains'?? (Btw I use double punctuation marks on everything, well, except uni assignments of course!!) I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Moving Mountains was mentioned on a PCOS website and it sounded nice (go alliteration!!) so it's stuck with me. Plus, I'm a pretty big girl (and proud!!) so 'mountain' seems suitable =P and I like to think that I am overcoming obstacles in my life. I spent my school years procrastinating and putting in 30 percent effort when I knew I could do better, and now I'm having the best time of my life at university studying to be a primary school teacher. Life is good right now, and I hope it stays that way.

I do hope to update some of my stories in the near future, but please bare with me =D

Teen Titans couples... my opinions

Raven x Robin
I used to worship this couple a while back because they are my two favourite characters. Now, things have changed slightly. I love these two as close friends who can give each other advice and just generally look out for one another. Romance is a no longer in my book. It would just never work. But I love this couple in terms of strong friendship.

Raven x Beast Boy
I never used to like this couple. Now however, I love it. Because of the fact that they're opposites, I can see romance working. But just like with Robin, I prefer strong friendship as opposed to love.

Robin x Starfire
Is a complete and utter no!! This couple drives me absolutely insane. No more needs to be said. I hate it!!
