7-16-12: My favorite thing about Yu-Gi-Oh: The sexy men. Tea and Mai may have huge boobs, but just look at the men. I mean, seriously. Yami. Bakura. Marik. Jou. Kaiba. What the hell. Bishi-fest!

At the moment, my main obsession is Yu-Gi-Oh! fanfiction. I found all five seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! on Hulu for free, so I've been watching it. I like to put it on as background noise while I read some fanfiction. I haven't been able to bring myself to watch seasons four or five yet... I know how it all ends, and I don't want to see Yami leave! *sob* Though, I'll make myself feel better by reading some fanfiction about Yami coming back post-series after I watch the end. I should watch the whole series eventually, so I can understand the fanfiction about it, if nothing else. But I haven't been able to bring myself to do it yet!

I also ADORE the Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged Series. It's a dub that is HYSTERICAL. Youtube/Google it; it's more than worth the time it takes to watch all 55 episodes! The more you watch it, the more you realize fanfics reference this series constantly... it's worth watching it for that sheer fact alone! And besides, it's funny as all hell. Do yourself a favor -- loosen up, have a laugh and look it up!

Anyone else find it ridiculously hot when innocent, beautiful little Yuugi tops?

7-15-12: A few things that bother me in fanfiction: Emo!Yugi, Emo!Kaiba, and Emo!Joey. At no point in canon does Yugi cut himself. At no point in canon does Joey stop fighting against his dad, his teachers, or pretty much anyone. At no point in canon does Kaiba skip work because he is "so depressed". I AM TIRED OF READING ABOUT THE SITUATIONS. I am more than happy to read a well-done depressed!Yugi fic, an abused!Joey fic or an introspective!Kaiba fic, but keep them at meast mostly in-character, please. (Of course, in order for it to be Yaoi, the characters have to be at least a LITTLE out of character because yaoi isn't cannon; but, if well-done, even yaoi can be done 99% in-character.) Girly!Yugi or Weak!Yugi also bothers me. It. Drives. Me. Crazy. At no point in canon does Yugi EVER act weak. He's just as determined and strong as Yami; he's just more moralistic than Yami. And, while I'm at it, I must say: after season one, Yami is just as "good" as Yugi. He just has a different idea of right and wrong. However, as sexy as Yugi can be, Yami will always be sexier! :P

6-30-12: I can't even believe how long I've been on FFN! My last update was from '07, five years ago... Has it really been that long since I've posted a story? Bloody hell! Maybe I'll start writing again... it's been ever-so-long since I've written a fic! I've been enjoying reading fics though; I have been around! =) My current obsession is reading Yu-Gi-Oh! fics... YamixYugi has always been a good couple, in my eyes, but I've always focused on SetoxJou(Joey). However, I've been starting to read that coupling more often. It's such a pure, beautiful couple. I love it! =) I'll update again soon, and maybe, just maybe, I'll write some more fics!
