for those of you who got bored reading and want to know a bit about who is to blame, here you go: male, early 30's, with soulmate, started reading fanfic mid-05 and decided to give it a go.
Likes: Neon Genesis Evangelion (Can't wait to see the new 're-imagining'!), Love Hina, Cowboy Bebop, Tenchi Muyo, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, My-HiME (I like the manga better than the anime.), BattleStar Galactica (new series), just about any Sci-Fi, Deadliest Catch (Those guys RULE!!), anything by Joss Whedon (go Firefly), Robot Chicken, Harry Potter.
Dislikes: any fanfic that is not finished without a reason! (and YES, I will try not to be guilty of this myself)
19/7/08: Hey there. Me again. As you may have noticed, other than that one-shot I've been a bit quiet on the updating front.
Unfortunately, this is not going to be a temporary thing. Recently I gained a promotion at work. As such, I am getting used to a whole new level of responsibility. So other things have to be put into the background. Writing is one of these things.
I really dislike having to cut back on my writing. But, that's life for you. Sometimes you have to focus on what you need to, not what you'd like to.
However, I am not giving up on these stories. I cherish them too much to abandon them. I'm just winding back a bit.
