Caddish Kettle
Alright, I'll list some of my random interests and far-fetched alternate pairings I support. Not that it's particularly interesting, it's just that it gives me a smooth chance to write about myself--something I enjoy immensely.
Favorites:
T.V Shows: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, The Black Adder, Frasier, MASH.
Anime/Manga: Inuyasha, Naruto, Bastard, Ranma 1/2, Full Metal Alchemist, Dragon Ball.
Authors: Anne Rice, Laurell K. Hamilton, J.R.R. Tolkien, Jane Austen.
Animals: Anteaters, Komodo Dragons and all types of Snakes.
Stuff: Math, Chess, Dungeons&Dragons, Golf and Martial Arts.
Pairings:
Rin/Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha): Now that Kagura is dead, Rin is pretty much the only female remotely close to Sesshoumaru. I also enjoy the contrast between the characters; powerful Taiyoukai and practically useless Ningen girl. I swear, this makes for awesome fiction.
Naraku/Sango (Inuyasha): By far my favorite of all. I think it's again a question of character contrast. Not that they interact a lot in the Manga, but when they do, I feel there's some dark attraction there...but I'm just insane.
Gaara/Hinata (Naruto): Completely random because they never even address one word to each other but personality-wise, I think they go well together--especially since Gaara got pussy-whiped by Naruto. Short of having futur-Hokage Naruto, an awesome character like Hinata deserves to be with Kazekage Gaara.
Ino/Deidara (Naruto): Again with the Random. I know this should be filed under WTF? but there's something about the pairing that just rocks, IMO. They're both strange loud-mouths and since there's no chance Ino ends up with Sasuke, Deidara really matches well with her.
Shikamaru/Temari (Naruto): Yo! You all know it's gonna happen so there's no sense in resisting. The Nara men have a thing for bossy women...and no femme kicks more ass than Temari in this Manga. Fear it! Believe it!
Quotes:
Short of writing something intelligent in this profile, here's a little collection of the most loltastic quotes/dialogues I've heard from various shows.
"They do say, Mrs M., that verbal insults hurt more than physical pain. They are of course wrong, as you will soon discover...when I stick this toasting fork in your head."
-The Black Adder
"Aaah, courtiers to the Queen, you're nothing but lapdogs to a slip of a girl."
"Better a 'lapdog to a slip of a girl', than a... Git." -The Black Adder
"I mean explain why you are wearing a cardinal's hat, why you are grinning inanely, and...why you have an ostrich feather sticking out of your britches!"
"I'm wearing a cardinal's hat because I'm Cardinal Chunder; I have an ostrich feather up my bottom because Mr Ostrich put it there to keep in the little pixies -- hah hah! -- and I'm grinning inanely because I think I've just about succeeded in conning you and your daft husband out of a whopping great inheritance -- hee hee hee hee hee! "
-The Black Adder...again.

Kakuzu (Naruto): No clue
Tobi (Naruto): He's optimistic and pisses people off. What's not to love?
