Author has written 7 stories for Stargate: SG-1, Harry Potter, Peter Pan, and Tin Man.

So I cannot even begin to tell you how outdated my old bio was, so I decided it was high time I updated it. So hello, my name is Ashley, and I have been writing almost compulsively since the third grade. I am still in school, but that's the closest you're going to get to my age, unfortunately. I have an insane schedule, so please don't get angry with me if my updates are sporadic at best. In my spare time (which is very precious to me), I enjoy reading, writing, singing, dancing, and drawing. So basically I'm one of those overly-creative, artsy-fartsy types. I am also ridiculously nerdy. Seriously, I am constantly correcting people's grammar and spelling. I also have the best beta on the planet, miss Avatre2010, who also happens to be my real-life BFF. She's the greatest and is just as anal as I am when it comes to grammar and punctuation, so it is rare to find typos in my final drafts of anything.

So here are my favs of everything. If these categories exist, they are what I'll be most likely to read on this site.

Books: A Great and Terrible Beauty (I heart Kartik!), Harry Potter (the seventh is my fav), Twilight series (vampires are hot!), Peter Pan, The Chronicles of Narnia (Lucy/Tumnus all the way!), and The Hollow Kingdom

TV Shows: Stargate SG-1, Bones (everyone needs a Booth), Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Enterprise, The Big Bang Theory, Amerian Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Jon and Kate Plus Eight, Heroes, Tin Man

Movies: Pirates of the Caribbean (the first one is still my fav), Transformers, August Rush, Enchanted, Anna and the King, Peter Pan (2003), Princess Diaries, Becoming Jane, Pride and Prejudice, Madeline (I don't care if it's a little kid's movie. I love it!)

Musicals: Hairspray, Beauty and the Beast, The King and I, South Pacific, Sweeney Todd, Phantom of the Opera, The Wizard of Oz, Thoroughly Modern Millie

Anime/Manga: Avatar: The Last Airbender ONLY!! It totally trumps all other anime.

So that's basically my preferences. And another thing about me is I am a hopeless romantic. So pretty much everything I read or write will be romantic in some way. So here are my fav ships.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Will/Elizabeth, Jack/OC, Jack/Anna Maria

Princess Diaries: Clarisse/Joe -- They were the cutest part of those movies.

Peter Pan: Peter/Wendy -- DEATH TO HOOK/WENDY!!

Big Bang Theory: Leonard/Penny -- I heart nerdy guys!

SG-1: Jack/Sam, Daniel/Janet

ST:V: Chakotay/Janeway, B'Elanna/Tom, Doctor/Seven of Nine

ST:E: Trip/T'Pol, Archer/OC, Malcolm/Hoshi

Bones: Booth/Brennan, Hodgins/Angela

Heroes: Claire/Peter (AU non-cesty), Molly/Micah (future)

Hairspray: Link/Tracy, Penny/Seaweed, Amber/Whoever that black dude was she was dancing with at the end, Maybelle/Corny

The King and I: Anna/King (they soooo should have ended up together!)

Phantom of the Opera: Erik/Christine

Avatar: Katara/Aang, Toph/Sokka, Zuko/OC, Smellerbee/Longshot

Tin Man: DG/Glitch, Az/Cain

The Wizard of Oz: Dorothy/Scarecrow

Harry Potter: Harry/Ginny, Remus/Tonks, Ron/Hermione, Dumbledore/McGonagall (I don't care if JK says Dumbledore is gay), Snape/OC, Snape/Lily (if well-written), James/Lily

Twilight: Edward/Bella, Claire/Quil, Jacob/OC (seriously, Jacob needs to go find some nice girl to imprint on that can give him all the love he deserves. Jacob's cool and everything, but he's kinda pathetic.)

Narnia: Lucy/Tumnus, Susan/Oreius (Oreius is SEXY!)

A Great and Terrible Beauty: Gemma/Kartik (HOT!), Felicity/Ithal (I adore Ithal. I really do.)

Madeline: Madeline/Pepito (in the future, of course)

Goodness, that's a lot of pairings. Well, what can I say? I sit around thinking about who would go well with whom when I have nothing better to do. lol! So yeah. That's me. Other random facts about me are that I am a musician -I play the tenor saxophone like nobody's business-, I love people-watching, and I consider myself a pretty good judge to character. Oh, and one more thing: be nice to people in band. Seriously. Especially bands from small schools. They are pretty much the best people you'll ever meet.

So drop me a review sometime! I absolutely thrive on them!

Lotsa love,

Ashley
