Hello, everyone, and welcome to my profile. As you may have noticed, I have been far too distracted with reading other authors' stories and I have completely neglected to write my own. However, that's all about to change! I am currently working on an Inuyasha fanfiction entitled "The Companion," of which the rest will be available for your reading pleasure as soon as it is complete (I have recently discovered my inability to write consecutive chapters) and approved by my beta, Yestreen. This may take some time, as it is starting to look as though my first fanfiction may be somewhat epic, but it shall be done! I look forward to everyone's reviews, and if you have any Inuyasha fanfiction recommendations (especially ones which include my favourite anime character of all time, Sesshoumaru), let me know!

I've also recently discovered the wonderful world of Harry Potter fanfictions, and must admit that, while I am not a fan of slash of any kind in any other fandom, my OTP is Harry / Draco simply because they have the best interactions. "If You've a Ready Mind" by Maya (Complete)

A re-telling of the Harry Potter books with Draco Malfoy as a Ravenclaw. Special features include Anthony Goldstein's inhaler, Cho Chang's charms, Gregory Goyle's alarming identity crisis and Ron Weasley's allegedly enormous broom. (H/D, Complete). This is entirely from Draco's point of view, and I couldn't stop laughing. He's absolutely adorable. :)

"Underwater Light" by Maya (Complete)

Featuring an extremely depressed Harry, in a war-torn wizarding world, about to get the shock of his life when he discovers that Draco Malfoy is slightly more important to him than he would have ever guessed. Including a very odd friendship, lots of angst, suspicions, conflicted loyalties, clueless Ron, on-the-warpath Hermione and two very messed-up boys. When I first saw the summary to this story, I was reluctant to read it because I thought it would be full of nothing but depressing angst. How wrong I was. The plot is very intriguing, and I still think that Maya's portrayal of Draco is one of the best, if not the best out there. I swear I crack up almost every time he opens his mouth.

"Draco Malfoy the Amazing Bouncing... Rat?" by Maya (Complete)

Draco Malfoy, magically transformed into an evil rat. Who is it who always seems to get the evil rats as pets, and what is poor, poor Draco's new name? Eventually D/Hr, just now mainly D/coffee... Okay, so I think I might be slightly in love with everything Maya writes. Some of the things her Draco says just make me crack up. You should read it.

"Mirror of Maybe" by Midnight Blue (WIP / On Hold)

28-year old War Mage Harry Potter, is returned to his 16-year-old body as a student at Hogwarts. Slash This one is actually an Adult!Harry / Snape fic that is awesome but not complete. Still, it's very interesting. I definitely recommend it.

"A Slytherin in Gryffindor Clothing" by mahaliem (Complete)

Draco hits his head and wakes to find himself in another world where he's a Gryffindor and Harry Potter is a Slytherin. This is another fantastic characterization of Draco, and I was giggling out loud for most of the story. He's completely Slytherin in this one, and some of his comebacks and threats are just too hilarious for words. I highly recommend it.
