I like reading manga and used to (much emphasis on the used to) watch anime. I sadly do not have any TV at my disposal. O, woe me, I can complain about my life and no one would listen anyways.

I is an avid fan of the fandom!

Ok, let me elaborate: I izzz very loyal to the fandom and pairings I chose to like.

Such are:

Katara x Aang - Avatar: the Last Airbender ...No, not JUST because they induce "awwww" moments, but because of how their strong friendship can bond into love. Plus, you can't get more epic than them. There's this 12 (technically 112) year old kid, with the weight of the world on his back, the last one of his tribe, target of countless assassinations, has to forget the one he loves in order to save her who can still live through life with a smile and full determination (for the most part). And there's this sweet and caring girl whose mother was murdered before her eyes and whose father left her to war, trained her soul out to become a master waterbender, is determined to save the world, is loyal to her family and friends and is ready to save her friends to the best of her ability. Put them together...(++drum roll++)... EPIC!!!!!!! Zutara and Taang fans, please don't bring up arguments about incest, mother/son and all those disgusting theories you came up with. It's a CHILDREN show. Not some soap-opera with twisted dilemma

Sakura x Syaoran - CCS and TRC ------- Is this not OBVIOUS?

Luffy x Nami - One Piece OK, not the most obvious or likely pairing, but I find them cute just because Luffy is so naive and Nami is so... bossy

Starfire x Robin - Teen Titans This can be considered cannon (hiding from Robin/Raven fans). I think Star's positive & optimistic attitude is exactly what Robin needs and crave for. And we all know who Starfire craves for ;)

Beastboy x Raven - Teen Titans Again, not the most likely of couples, but they compliment each other. Happy go lucky + serious, moody.

The rest of the pairings I don't mind, except for slash (yaoi, yuri, whatever) pairings. If they are made to be heterosexual, then please leave them be that way. I'm sure even if the series is filled with guys and limited girls (Beyblade for example), it doesn't mean the guys will start falling for one another. I especially HATE it if slash is written in children cartoons (A:TLA anyone?)

Oh yea, I don't participate in shipping fights. I find them highly irritating, especially the A:TLA fights.

Grow up people! Realize the difference between canon and fanon. Sorry Zutarians, Zutara is not likely to happen with the limited amount episodes left in A:TLA. Plus, he has Mai. He's a good guy, so he won't leave his girl hanging just like that. Remember as well that Katara HATES him. Watch the episode "The Western Air Temple" and face the wrath of a vengeful Katara.

And Kataangers, don't rub it in people's faces. Looking for fights is just LOW. Kataang is not definitely canon either. In fact, it's highly possible that the writers leave the characters unpaired. Most series leave it like that. Even if Kataang has a better chance than Zutara, it's not 100 sure. Needless to say, I think their blooming love is beautiful. I might be biased because I find Romeo/Juliet (which is what Zutara is MOSTLY based on) overrated.

That being said. I respect and even enjoy reading fics with shipping that are not my favorite, even Zutara!

And Inuyasha fights

Oh please. You just LOVE bashing either of these two (if not both), don't you? One is an embodiment of tragedy while the other is epically bubbly (at least generally speaking). Guess what? They didn't ask to be made that way! The argument goes BOTH way. Kikyo never wanted to die in her lover's arm and Kagome never wanted to be put in a love triangle. Yes, Kikyo could have put more faith in Inuyasha or Kagome could have chosen to stay back in Japan. But with that, will you have a story?? Will you, will you?

Haha, I'm getting too hyper from coffee and chocolate here. But bottom line is... lemme get back to you in a second...

Oh yes, back to fanfiction. Bottom line is, stop hating on characters cuz it's just pathetic. Get a life. If you can't handle a non-existent character in cartoons/anime/manga, then I fear for you in real life because REAL people are actually backstabbing btches and will harm you when given the chance.
