I am fifteen years young, and don't you ever tell me I'm not old enough to understand. I'm not ignorant like most people my age, I'm not narrow minded, I'm not a mindless teenager that stares at their television for 24 hours a day and let's their parents dictates their lives. I don't live against everything, I don't push away the world. I rotate with it. I co-exist with the life and matter around me. I am my own person. I love nature. I love sitting under trees and listening to the branches creak, or have their leaves brush against me. I am frequently found basking in their cool and crisp shade during the summer. Or hanging from their rickety limbs during the fall, breathing in the smell of bark and sap and all the wonderful lush things around me. I am unnaturally pale, and yes, it does sometimes make me look sickly. But that isn't something that I'm worried about because I'm still beautiful, no matter what. I don't generally eat a lot, and if I do it's usually lollipops or soda. I'm one of the sugar induces, carbonated beverage freaks who can't get enough caffeine to save them. I adore music, all kinds of it. Indie, Alternative, Pop, Rock, Electronica, Rap & Piano and Violin ensembles are my favorites, just in case you were wondering. =) So tell me baby, pretty baby, that this house is not a graveyard.
