I'm a full-time astronomer who enjoys writing in my spare time. For one reason or another, I've not had much of it recently. It's been a rough year. So far in 2008 I've got through my third consecutive miscarriage, an emigration/new job, and an incredibly exhausting roller-coaster of a first trimester. At last my energy levels are returning, and when I'm not busy at work or medicating myself up to the hilt, I'm gradually picking up my current stories again. The current plan is to finish the Drabbles and MSR by the end of this month, and write the entirety of The Regicide over the summer before posting here - when I DO post, you'll get a chapter a week until it's done, which I'm sure you'll prefer to multi-month gaps!
When it comes to reviews, I have a marked tendency to leave honest, harsh-but-fair constructive criticism rather than fangirl gushing... even if I don't have anything nice to say, bear in mind that it's only my own opinion of your story. And rest assured, I treat everyone's fics the same way. Want to avoid the heavy hammer of concrit? Then don't rape the canon, or write Sueage.
Anyway, I do like to know what people think of my stories, so please feel free to review them. I'm equally happy with either the aforementioned fangirl gushing, detailed nit-picky concrit, or anything in between. If you hate my fics, or are completely ambivalent about them, tell me that too! But please do take the time to tell me why.
