Let's see. Since I Like to read Bio's I will try to make this good but not that nasty TMI OR wide open space.

I'm NYC born with a case of HOT feet-not literally. They are always freezing. I mean traveling. I mean. Similar bday as our superhero girl and as many or more moves- I just have the ability and need to fit life into a backpack, and the belief that the more friends you have around the world, the bigger the steps you have to take. And any place that my "heat" and "hot water" that is not controlled-especially in the dead of winter. BONUS. And since the invention of the iPod, and my internet, oh, Bonus.

And This I add because I think with writing, you don't think WHAT to write, you write what you think. I don't write what I think people are going to want to read. I write what I WANT to read. And as for details. IF YOU KNOW them really well, put them in. IF you don't, work them in in a way you DO know. And if you don't know ANYTHING about them, find a way to know something, or glance over it, or skip it, because well. It really (and this is me, I may have written a few fics, but I write write write write) is going to just not going to be what YOU want, or what you're hoping readers what, I believe. That's MY OPINION. I'm not trying to ram anything down anyone's throat.

As for Tiva I'm starting with Ziva, it's better to better to blend with the current culture you are in- (and see how often it nets you something free to eat-which, is nice, because you're so broke, if you're like me. As in, see what you can get comped or for free in the bar or pub, taverna and learn when the nice barista is on duty, for your are are broke and they like to talk to you, and you can talk to them. Plus, you find out interesting stuff no tourist will. And for yourself, you can find out 2 big questions. 1) Did I pass the mustard? Oh, Muster. Oh, and I made my Money scream in pain. Heh, Money. Let's call it that. "Shopping." is probably eating more than once the next day.

AWhich again attracts me to Ziva's on multiple levels

1) We all have our spots (countries etc... where you have to hold onto whatever "you" are." And often your cultural norm is very outside the norm of the one you are currently in in, for who knows how long! But Vice Versa, YOUR culture, YOU do not really fit either- You are in limbo. She is, I think. it's often a feeling with out words, just a sigh when you get there, sometimes for the first time of "HOME" where you feel more like you. As in, some places, the focus is on living your best life, not the longest. Which, c'est moi.

2) Ziva y Yo (cracked me up, I knew she was from Santiago before I read it-whoa boy) I get it. Part girlie girlie (want to hear a hissy? Me trying to figure out how to get all I wanted into my plastic carry on baggie?) And part "ARE YOU TALKING TO ME?" Yep. Nothing like a good punch, after you've tried your girlie whiles. Perhaps. And oh boy, does it get you a rep. Good or bad. I swear.

3)TIVA-I am not a philosophy fan per say, but Josephy Campbell's Power of Myth Rocks my Boat-and the "Love that moves from the inside out" The initial attraction of person-body to body that moves into attraction of souls and then outwards-TIVA. Just think, of "YOU THINK SHE"LL CALL?" TO why I think she stayed behind.

4) TPTB, and (excuse me, email has no tone of voice, this is meant to be a nice observation)

Let's say TV History. WHY is it ok to show murder and gore (not NCIS really, which another reason) BUT heaven forbid we see Naked? IE under covers. THINK Ziva would have a robe on under the covers? Um, I don't. I for one do not think she'd be yanking the sheets up over her breasts. I think she'd be flaunting them. And I think the general populace (broad brush, country dependent would have a "Just boobs!)

5) Of Tiva- Puh leeze, if getting together + jumping the shark, you have got to be kidding. Um, Hellooooo.

Often that has to do with the WRITING. Taking characters out of character and making them what they are not. Lovey dovey, etc... In actuality, do people make DOE eyes at each other for years, because they can't say their feeling etc?...Then the last season they get together and ride off into the sunset and have a white picket fence etc...

Really. Don't we know or can't we think of people who can't escape each other's orbit who aren't perfect but just can't be with anyone else? (hello!) Because they'd smother someone else in their sleep etc (Ziva I think might go for the fine art of poisoning)... RATHER, it's their I hate that I can't not help that I Love you, DARN IT ( until they walk away or stay together-both of which, makes them happy and miserable)
