Fifth edit : I've cleared my alerts. Too long and more then half are completed. Think I'll look into those C2 things to clear my fav lists. I really love the authors and fics but my mailbox has become uncontrollable and I can't save anything new. sigh

'Ello to everybody reading this.

So about me: I'm a puerto rican/irish, female, thrid-year college student. I'm a pessimist by nature and my depression and sarcastic sense of humour rears it's ugly head in my writing. I'm insanely busy/lazy, so updates are few and far between. I enjoy leaving long and constructive comments but college, work and a crazy mailbox overload hits so it's a rarity these days. I try though for writers whose work I enjoyed reading or see potential in. I love stories that have quotes/lyrics/allusions in them. I don't really read the genres I write in. I read slash, het and femslash. It really depends on the fandom on whether I lean toward slash or het. And I never let the writer decide if the character is straight, gay or bi. I mean seriously come on people, ever heard the phrase Subtext is just Buttsex jumbled around. I'm a firm believer in levels of sexuality. Nothing is black and white. I read all sorts of pairings but even I have limits like those crazy squick ones like Hagrid/GiantSquid. Who comes up with that weird shit? Anyway, let them do what they want I just won't read it. I get extremely pissed at flamers (of my work and of others). I always balance my comments more or equal positive things with the negative things. I have a promise to review a story for every author that reviews my work (regardless of the fandom they write in. It just takes a long ass time for me to fulfill those promises) --Use it love it. I'm a slow responder but I swear I get around to it.

I write things other then fan fiction but I've yet to get an account someplace I could post it. But I have been published in my high school paper and in a book of high school students poems. My best work has come to me when I was depressed and/or ill. When I say I'm on meds I'm not fangirling I'm serious, but it's not that bad. It's actually kind of funny in a the world is a bitch sort of way. My stories are beta-ed by Momentary Dead King (Who is also my real life BFF). I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male.
