Author has written 35 stories for Phantom of the Opera, Misc. Movies, Producers, Les Miserables, and Office.

Hello everyone! XD

The name's PhantomBialystock. I'm a high school student who loves theatre, but not in the performing sense. I figured out long ago that I'm not talented in that way. I'm much more interested in any type of backstage work, producing, and directing, and I feel that's where I belong when it comes to the theatre.

When I'm not attending rehearsals at school or local theatre, reading plays, or watching them on the internet, I'm usually reading other books or writing, especially fan fiction. I've always enjoyed exploring characters in plays and books, and fan fiction allows me to do this. I tend to write shorter stories because I can never seem to make a story very long without losing interest.

I mainly write for The Producers and The Phantom of the Opera, although I slip more and more out of the Phantom phandom as I see more musicals and realize it really isn't the best musical in the world. The fangirls I meet also tend to annoy me. But The Producers never fails to amuse me! I also love how every interpretation of the show is different. I've seen two versions of the stage show, and even more if you count youtube, and they're all slightly different, adding a new joke or characterization every time. Horny Leo still makes me laugh even if it is COMPLETELY OOC and Hunter Foster should know better as a professional actor than to make a character who is clearly neurotic and shy say "I can't stop when I get like this" like he's lusting for someone.

I'm not a big fan of slash, except for two pairings in The Producers (Carmen/Roger because it's cannon and Max/Leo because I feel it's heavily implied). Still, I don't like smut unless it truly ties into the plot and I don't like random pairings that don't make sense. Like Raoul/Erik. shudders

I also love constructive reviews and criticism, and you can have fun tearing my work to shreds if you want.

Well, that's all for now!

~PB

Currently in the Works:

Taxi! rewrite - A rewrite of my Producers fan fiction that was originally riddled with plot holes and mediocre writing. When Leo is late for work, he flags down a Taxi, but the driver brings him someplace he believe could only exist in his worst nightmares. Rated T for violence and sexual things. Could go up to M later on.

Producers short stories - I have a bunch of ideas for short stories about The Producers floating about in the back of my mind, so I plan on making a series of them and posting them in one easy-to-find story. The one I'm working on: what if Franz didn't run out of bullets, and what if he didn't point the gun at himself? AU
