Okay I decided to update my account here. Not much to say. I’m a Danny Phantom fanatic. I think it is the best show there is! My second favorite show is Supernatural. Everything else I watch consist of Animal Planet, the Science Channel all those other discovery channel line ups. Yes, I’m a nerd, so what.

I'm 25 and recently graduated from college with a bachlors in Molecular Biology and Microbiology! Still want to be a doctor… I decided to take up writing for my favorite show as a hobby and stress reliever. It works!

But my first passion is my service to our Lord Jesus Christ! God has blessed me in so many ways and I have seen his miracles and love in myself and those around me. All I can do in return is be grateful and praise him! I also hope to one day take my career in the field of missionary and help those less fortunate than myself. So, glory be to God! And I thank him for letting me meet such wonderful people here on this sight! God bless you all!

Author's note (02-03-12): Hello, my friends and readers. So, I am updating this to inform you all that both Checkmate and Seeing is disBelieving have come to their end. I have also written the Thanksgiving oneshot I had in mind. So, now all I have left is the oneshot in Danny's PoV and Dawning of the Sun. You should see these fairly soon. Thank you all for your patience with my long hiatus with DoaS; but fear not, I will be continuing it! See you then!

Author's note: (09-25-11): Hello all. Most of you who read my other stories already know why I haven't updated 'Dawning of the Sun'; but for those who do not, then, no, I have not given up on it. I just have two other stories in progress, and one of them, (Checkmate), is just about finished. I have three chapters left. So, I decided to focus on this story until I finish with it; this way, once done, I can focus on 'DoaS' more efficiently and get updates faster than before when I was trying to work on three stories at once. One less will help me a lot. So, 'DoaS' fans, please be patient. I will start updating as soon as CM is done. Thank you for your support!

Summary: (angst/action): Chess is one of the most entrancing and complex games that exist. A great chess player is patient, they don’t rush to defeat or win a step ahead of their opponent. They wait till the moment is right. A great chess player also strategizes; they watch their opponent’s moves and exploit them to their advantage, in turn making their own moves accordingly. From the beginning of the game, to midgame, to the very end, a great player is always in control of the game. It takes years of practice and intelligence to master such crafts, but in the end the player obtains what they want: victory over their opponent. By saying a single phrase the player marks their hold on their rival; a hold that can’t be broken by any move, because in truth, the captive has none left, except to give in to defeat. 'Checkmate': the word that defines the whole chess game; a word that only the better player is honored to say…..

Danny’s fifteenth birthday is coming up; His friends and family plan a surprise party for him, However his fun, ghost free birthday, comes to a halt when Jazz mysteriously collapses during his party. Now Danny has to deal with his sister’s sick state and ghost hunting. But Danny is faced with an even greater problem when Vlad comes to vist. What will Danny do when his sister’s life depends on one choice from him?

Caught in the crossfire between Time and Existence, Danny and Vlad are forced to face the Master of Time, the Defenders of Existence, a new Enforcer, and, ultimately, extinction. But this new Enforcer also happens to have his own plans for the hybrids that could possibly be worse than death itself...Or, the illusion of it, at least.

My Little Badger: (humor/ drama) After a rash move, Danny finds himself with a very peeved Vlad Masters who quickly decides to teach his young rival a lesson in respect by the only way he knows how: Humiliation. In what Vlad believes to be a well calculated revenge scheme, the fiery teenager soon finds himself to be a fiery badger! Vlad however soon realizes his decision was as rash as Danny's, leading them both to a lesson in karma.

Most Unexpected Pet: (Humor): Three shot. Cujo is on the loose once more and ends up over shadowing the most popular girl in Casper High! How will Danny deal with his one time crush acting like a bipolar ghost dog? How will Sam react… Three Shot requested by Invader Johnny.

Summary: (action/ romance/angst); AU: For decades there has been a war between the ghost race and the human race, but when a new Ghost King arises the war suddenly stops. By the time Danny's born, ghosts are no longer seen.The humans believe it is just the calm before the storm and therefore have spent the last ten years preparing new weapons and technology against the ghost race. The most important of their weapons is built by Jack and Maddie Fenton, leading experts in ghost hunting technology. The ghost portal they have developed is a sure way to finally gain access to enemy territory and finally destroy them. When said race discovers their rival's intentions, they quickly decide to cut their plans short. Unfortunately, the events cause Jack and Maddie the life of their one month old son, Danny Fenton. In reality, the baby is found by the ghost king himself, Vlad Plasmius. This king however has a past that very few know about; what will Plasmius do with Danny when he discovers that the same series of events that make his parents believe he is dead, also made the child half ghost? Well that’s where the story begins. (Warning: This will be Rated T, due to the graphic fight scenes, mostly. It will also contain a level of romance found in PG-13 movies. There will be various pairings, but the main one will be DxS)

Preliminary summary:

In chess, the endgame refers to the stage of the game when there are few pieces left on the board. The line between middlegame and endgame is often not clear, and may occur gradually or with the quick exchange of a few pair of pieces. The endgame, however, tends to have different characteristics from the middlegame. At this stage, the players have correspondingly different strategic concerns.

In particular, pawns become more important. And the king, which had to once be protected in the middlegame owing to the threat of checkmate, becomes now a strong piece in the endgame. If brought to the center of the board, the king can be a useful attacking piece…

Usually in the endgame, the stronger side will try to exchange pieces, while the defending side strives to protect its pieces. In chess, the result of the endgame depends on each piece playing its given part. It is about converting loss into advantage, and advantage into a won game. But to win the chess game, the remaining pieces must come together to defeat the opposing player…

Summary:

One year after the Disasteroid event, Vlad Masters is merely a fading memory in Danny Fenton's mind. The sixteen-and-a-half-year-old superhero appears to have the perfect life. And with his ever-growing experience with his ghostly abilities, his job as protector of Amity Park seems to be getting easier and easier. Now that everyone knows his secret, he has the support of not just his sister and friends, but that of his parents and of his 'many' fans. Even school seems like paradise, with his ever increasing popularity and grades.

Still, as the saying may go, 'one person's paradise is another's nightmare...

With old pressures gone, new ones surge in this famous hero's life. But they will be the last thing on his mind when the reappearance of his arch-enemy triggers a set of happenings that frees the darkest part of both hybrids. As Danny's 'perfect' life begins to unravel, will he be able to search inside himself for a certain forgotten bond formed a year-and-a-half ago? Or, will the rise of a certain evil self only drive him further away from the man he once sought to save? But in this final game, it's all hands in for the fight to save Time and Existence. In the Endgame, there is no stalemate, for it is equivalent to losing. Sacrifices will have to be made and all the pieces will need to come together, for in the end, there can only be one Master.
