Author has written 45 stories for Tomorrow People, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Teen Wolf, Highlander, Phineas and Ferb, Being Human, and Vampire Diaries. ABOUT ME I'm a fanfic and fandom veteran, having been playing in both arenas since the earliest days of the internet (with an extended writing absence from 2004-2011). Yes, this means I'm not a teenager. I've written in a fair number of fandoms, and go through bouts of mono-fandomness and poly-fandomness. These days, I'm writing pretty much exclusively for Teen Wolf. This may change. It may not. The fanfic muse can be a fickle thing. I expect that my allegiance will soon be switching to the new Tomorrow People series on the CW. Over the years, I've watched, written fanfic for, read fanfic for, and/or have thought about writing fanfic for many shows, though most of my early works are no longer available. A small sample of shows I've been into includes: The Tomorrow People, Highlander, 21 Jump Street, Do Over, Being Human (UK), Big Wolf on Campus, The Vampire Diaries, and The Listener. While I'll read gen, het, or slash, I write primarily gen and am trying to learn how to write het. I'm a huge fan of crossovers and am a firm believer that any fandom can be improved with a Highlander crossover :) I'm also really big into fests and memes, so a lot of my stories are written for other people based on provided prompts. I have participated in fandom_stocking and Yuletide, and I'm an occasional player on comment-fic and fan_flashworks (all on LJ). I also keep signing up for themed bingo games. I like (in no particular order and non-inclusive): crossovers, canon characters/situations, missing scenes, prologues and epilogues, long form, and exploratory AUs, with my favorite genres being hurt/comfort and whump. The strongest compliment I can imagine is to be told that my fanfic reads like it could have been part of the show. I have no patience for crack!AUs, OOC writing, bad/sloppy grammar or spelling, and Mary Sue (though I'm certainly guilty of writing her back before I learned). From October 2011 to March 2012, I played in an AU Bingo game on LJ, which means that a lot of my recent gen stories are also AU. Due to the types of prompts involved, the stories have varying degrees of crackiness (much to my chagrin). I wrote 24 stories for this game in the fandoms of Tomorrow People, Highlander, Do Over, Phineas and Ferb, Leverage (crossover with Highlander), Dora the Explorer (crossover with Teen Wolf), Being Human (UK), and Teen Wolf, not all of which are available here. Nine of the twelve Teen Wolf ones are grouped under the story called "Upended." From July 2012 to January 2013, I played in a Hurt/Comfort Bingo on LJ. I wrote 14 stories and 1 meta for this game in the fandoms of Teen Wolf, The Listener, H2O: Just Add Water, and original fiction. Most of the Teen Wolf stories are available under the "Strength to Go On" title. Four of the Teen Wolf stories also counted toward the Angst Bingo game. From July 2012 to March 2013, I played in an Angst Bingo on LJ. I wrote 25 stories for this game in the fandoms of Teen Wolf, Highlander, H2O: Just Add Water, The Listener, Sliders, and The Tomorrow People. Most of the Angst stories are available under the "Weight of the World" title. Four of the Teen Wolf stories also counted toward the H/C Bingo game. I have also signed up for a Teen Wolf specific bingo, Trope bingo (round 1 finished as of April 2013), and Longfic bingo (no end date). I don't 'ship. All characters and relationships are possible, as long as I can visualize the characters together. For the record, I'm adamantly opposed to Derek/Stiles. Can't see it. At all. I do develop attachments to characters. If a character qualifies as a smart-ass kid with superpowers, s/he'll probably be my favorite. On my favorites list is Richie Ryan (Highlander), Adam Newman and Lisa Davies (The Tomorrow People), Quinn Mallory (Sliders), Andrew Clements (My Secret Identity), "Oz" Osbourne and Dawn Summers (Buffy), Connor (Angel), and Scott McCall (Teen Wolf).
