Author has written 18 stories for Rurouni Kenshin, Howl's Moving Castle, Battlestar Galactica: 2003, X-Men: The Movie, Inuyasha, Fruits Basket, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, and Stargate: SG-1. Zerabell stumbled across fanfiction during the impressionable age of fourteen when she and a friend sat down and talked about how a really good book – with a horrible cliffhanger – should have ended. Zerabell blames said friend for the introduction and has, on many occasions, bemoaned the gateway drug she puffed in innocence. It has been some years, and many fandoms, since then. There have been numerous attempts over the years to throw in her lot with the wonderful fanfic writers out there and has, quite happily, decided that all stories will now be written for personal enjoyment. Posted stories are not her best work, most lack a beta, but they are ones she enjoys. Stories found on this site, and on her LJ account, are mostly filled with “borrowed” characters and she means no disrespect to their original creators. Zerabell is, in case you were wondering, still waiting for her friend to hurry up and finish L. J. Smith’s “Companion’s of the Night” retelling. She has a feeling that it will be a very long wait. Sorry.ETA: May 21, 2009: Currently working off LiveJournal’s TtH100 prompt list, because really, there isn’t enough love for Willow Rosenberg. Especially since the series has been off the air now for several years. So, to fully embrace a year of nostalgia, the main focus will be the spectacle of Rosenberg-In-Space, which could also be called ‘How-Willow-Learns-of-Gate-Travel’ but that’s an incredibly long title and won’t be used (probably). There happens to be a predicted number of three different unrelated stories of Red stumbling into the world of the Goa’uld (or the Wraith) and one where they bump into her. And so the following are the current series titles and a brief description. In the Ink Well: - Diamond Seas and Lands of Smoke – Summery/Quote: There must be a scale; Angelus may have cut a swath in the European population, but I’ve doomed civilizations. Should have figured redemption wouldn’t be easy, but isn’t this just a bit out of hand? Notes: Alternate Reality starting at BtVS’s season finale 2.22 “Becoming” and carrying through until 7.22 “Chosen”. Will then jump somewhere to Stargate: SG-1 during its seventh season. This story will probably end up mostly as NaNo fodder, on account of the extreme AUing currently drafted from Whedon’s world. I have a feeling it will have about a 50K dedication concerned less with intergalactic travel than how she came to be stranded on a planet in enemy hands. Expect bad-assery. This Willow’s a witch who hung out with Faith and an Angel/Angelus combo. Most of the story taking place on Earth will be when she’s atop the Hellmouth, the second half will be on a ‘Gate-planet or on a ship or on the run with a Tok’ra spy. Important Hellmouth Characters: Willow, Angel, Giles, Whistler Important Stargate Characters: Malek/?, Selmak/Jacob Carter, Anubis, and Ascended!Daniel Probable Parings: Willow/Angel(us); Willow/Malek/? (Ha- Buffy has nothing on Red’s doomed relationship-woes!) Drafting Board and Post-it Notes: – Upon the Water’s Edge – Summery/Quote: It was a wish granted by one she knew, but that didn’t mean it came without a price. Note: Not much is written in this story-plot yet, though I do know it will see Willow dumped on a planet in the Pegasus Galaxy as she fights against psychic-vampires (Wraith) and eventually joins the Atlantis expedition. Probable Parings: Willow/Teyla or Willow/Ronon; maybe even a Willow-Teyla-Ronon tro. – When Dust Begins to Fall – Summery/Quote: The apocalypse comes not from below, but from above. (Possible Arc II) Note: Even less is known about this one, though it will (as the summery suggests) take place on Earth during an alien invasion. However, no decisions have been made about the nature of the enemy and as such could be Goa’uld, Wraith, Replicator, or Ori. Might connect with DSaLoS. Probable Parings: Willow/Tok'ra or Willow/Sam. – Something in the Mist – Summery/Quote: They were brainwashed by the durability of written proof. XYZ. An equation that should be followed to an end. No short cuts, no experimentation. That would go against The Word. Hallowed are the Ori. (Possible Arc III) Note: Will revolve around the Ori arc and the search for Merlin. Probable Parings: Willow/Teal'c Geek/Writer Note: I have the offical Stargate SG-1 role-playing game book, yes that's right a d20 D&D rule book for the 'Gate verse... and I'm not afraid to use it! OOC/world creation will follow the templates. Wikipedia will be used for most of the general knowledge of the two series.
