Sweet Pea's going to be a big sister. I've finally finished the puke stage of pregnancy and have moved into the exhausted stage. I'll blame the pregnancy, but at this point in the year, I'm usually dragging anyway.
I know it's a terrible excuse, but the pregnancy (puke, exhaustion, baby brain, etc.) is the reason I haven't been able to update Broken Road. I haven't forgotten it, and I plan to finish it...I WILL finish. I have to. I promised myself that I couldn't work on any other stories until this one is complete. Don't give up on it. I have been mulling things over so as soon as my creative juices are done being sucked dry, I'll be writing. Summer's coming at the very least...that'll give me a little time to breathe.

Music: I'm pretty eclectic. I love the Oldies! Elvis, the Beatles, the GrassRoots, Elton John, the Animals (House of the Rising Sun), Derek and the Dominos (Layla)... I love the new stuff too! Country, Alternative. I admit I'm not much of a hiphop person...I like some of it, but I'm a little bit more of a rocker. I tried to pepper my story with different kinds of music, not just one genre...life would be boring if our tastes in music couldn't contradict themselves.
Television: Chuck. OK. I admit it. It is my guilty pleasure. Chuck is too cute with his nerd herd job and secret agent shadows. This has to be the best new show on television. It makes me laugh out loud, cry real tears, and sit on the edge of my seat. Awesome new show. Heroes! My favorite show on TV. I love how all of the characters are in one way or another connected. I love how each of their powers come in to play. I love that we know Linderman is the Kingpin of the whole sha-bang, and I love how I know that this is only going to get more complex! Not only that, Hiro is amazing! He's probably my absolute favorite character because he's so sure of what his mission is. But now, I am wondering if Peter's dream where he blows up New York could come true...but I guess the atomic man will probably escape the 'Paper Factory.' Oh! I just can't wait! Lost! Yeah, baby! I love Sawyer. He's so very Gambit-esque. ('Cept for he just keeps on being a jerk to others instead of fixing himself. Oh, well, there's only one Remy.) Scrubs! Funny stuff! Grey's Anatomy!
