My KKM stories form one continuing story arc. Well, really two overlapping arcs, "the long hard slog to the altar" stories, and "the other magical races of Shin Makoku." Their chronological order is:
1) The Bedding of Wolfram
2) Axel (frame story happens during BoW, innards 20 years before)
3) The Pirate Wedding
4) Wolfram Takes a Break
5) Yuuri's Hot Date
6) The Trouble with Trolls
7) Epilogue (which is also tacked onto the end of BoW)
8) The Ghosts of Trondheim
9) Shining Moments - oneshot series, ranges across time.
10) Well of the Five Kings
The "we'll make it to the altar someday!" arc is BoW, Axel, Pirates, WTaB, YHD, and Epi.
The "demons aren't the only Mazoku" arc is TwT, GoT, SM, and Wo5K.
Actually TwT and SM sort of belong to both arcs.
