Author has written 26 stories for Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, and Torchwood.

What can I say about me?

Fandoms that you can usually find me abounding in: Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Supernatural, NCIS, Torchwood, Doctor Who, Firefly/Serenity, Sanctuary, and Dark Angel.

I think that Michael Shanks is totally hot as is Paul McGillion. (the writers on the SGA staff must die I tell you, DIE, for what they did to Carson) And I feel that there was some Unresolved Sexual Tention between Janet and Daniel.

I'm a big Sci-fi junkie and am into almost all 'Star Trek' shows (wasn't so hot about 'Enterprise'). Have posted a number of my stories on a different site, but am posting on this one so I can get reviews on how to improve them.

My friends consider me "interesting" (their words, not mine). My friend Katie (AbydosGoddess) was the one to get me into 'Stargate' and I haven't looked back since.

Music is my muse; I'll listen to almost anything but am more of a punk/rock/indie fan as well as the classics with an obsession of 70's and 80's music (I keep telling my friends that I was born in the wrong decade).

Am working on my BA degree in History/Education so my bunnies are being diverted to writing papers on those subjects. So as a result my stories are going to take a bit longer to finish.

Parings:

SG-1; Daniel/Vala, Daniel/Janet (while she was alive)

Atlantis; Beckett/Cadman, Weir/McKay, John/Teyla, Lorne/Elizabeth

Sanctuary; Helen/Dect. Joe (aka Kavan Smith's character and yes that's right, I ship them)

Favorite 'Stargate' quotes:

Jack: What kind of archaeologist carries a gun?
Daniel: Uh, I do.
Jack: Okay, bad example.

Colonel Dixon: Yeah, all-night screaming, projectile vomiting, nuclear diapers... you have no idea. The reason they make them so damn cute is so you don't suffocate them in their sleep.
Simon Wells: Sir, you have four kids.
Dave Dixon: Yeah, why do you think I enjoy my work so much? Don't get me wrong, I love those little buggers to death, but trust me, having four kids makes going through a Stargate facing off against alien bad guys look like nothing. This is relaxing.
Simon Wells: Then why did you have four?
Dave Dixon: Well, one's pretty bad, but you figure you got to have two so the little guy can have a brother or sister, right? Then you have two boys, and the wife says she want a girl so you figure "Hell, three can't be much harder than two", right? What you don't realize is that your brain's fried because you haven't slept. After three, four is no big deal. You're so deep in it that nothing seems to matter any more. It's chaos. You're just trying to make it through each day alive. In the end you spend all the energy you have trying to get them into bed only to lie awake praying they don't get hooked on drugs, hurt, or worse...wind up dead in an alley somewhere.
Simon Wells: Can't wait, sir.
Dave Dixon: Yeah, miracle of birth, my ass. I'll tell you what a miracle is, birth control that works.

Jay Felger: Something hinky's definitely going on here, and it's up to you and me to find out what it is.
Simon Coombs: 'Hinky'?
Jay Felger: Yeah, it's a word.
Simon Coombs: In what dictionary?

Jack: ...and after that, I kind of lost my temper.
General Hammond: What does that mean?
Daniel: Let's just say that Jack made a reference to Freyr's mother.

McKay: Look, the first siege of Atlantis lasted for years. I mean, with only one functioning Zed P.M, we can't expect to hold on that long.
Caldwell: Can we submerge the city again?
McKay: (sighs) It's a city, not a yo-yo.

Princess Bride:

Vizzini: You only think I guessed wrong! That's what's so funny! I switched glasses when your back was turned! Ha ha! You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

Buttercup: You mock my pain.
Westley: Life is pain, Highness. Anyone who says differently is selling something.

Inigo Montoya: Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.

Grandpa: Since the invention of the kiss there have been five kisses that were rated the most passionate, the most pure. This one left them all behind. The End.

Westley: As you wish.

Finished Works:

Not Your Normal Teaching Job. A Mary-Sueish story. Follows the adventures of the new teacher on Atlantis' school.

Girl's Poker Night: Max's Turn. Companion piece to Reefgirl's, Nenya's, and BiteMeTechie's peices. Poker night is a mixture of laughs and revilations for the girls.

Something To Say. Takes place after 'Not Your Normal Teaching Job'. Max finally gathers up the nerve to tell Logan. How will he respond? Posted on my LJ (link above) under the 'max and logan' tag

Try Try Again. Max says yes to a date with Evan, but it's easier said than done.

Jinxed to Begin With. All of the commanders of the Prometheus or Oddessy seem to end up dead. Is the job jinxed? (This is just a silly one shot that came to me after watching 'Company of Theives' and realizing that the people who take the job of commanding the Earth ships seem to have a short life span.)

Best Laid Plans. Lorne thought that parenting and marriage would be no problem while on Atlantis. Yeah Right.

You'll need a Holiday from this Holiday. Nothing is normal in Cardiff anymore. Not even holidays.

The Once and Future King. "You're telling me that Camelot is real? Somehow I find that hard to believe."

Works in progress:

It's Complicated. Things are always interesting on Atlantis, but they become even more so when a blue box suddenly appears and with it four strange travelers as well as the appearance of a old and deadly enemy. Doctor Who/Torchwood/SGA xover. ON HOLD DUE TO SCHOOL WORK AND LACK OF BUNNIES.

Butterflies and Hurricanes. (cowritten with AbydosGoddess) Jack Harkness promised that he'd look after her family through the years. But he didn't know how hard that would be.

Southern Charm. Jack Harkness is no longer allowed to attend weddings. Especially ones in the South. (companion piece to 'You'll need a holiday from this holiday')

Plot Bunnies that won't leave me alone:

Untitled. an NCIS/SGA crossover. When a petty officer is found dead next to a DC nightclub with an unknown substance in her system, the NCIS team must find out who killed her and what the substance is. When the team meets a Major Lorne, an AF pilot based in Colorado, under questionable circumstances Gibbs has a gut feeling that what goes on at Cheyenne Mountain isn't what it seems.

From the Start. Evan has never left a man behind and he wasn't going to start with Max. (I should warn people that this isn't going to be a pretty fic. There are going to be elements of torture and rape in it as well as plenty of Lorne angst.) Cowritten with BiteMeTechie. (I know it's been up here forever but I'm shelving it for the time being. But I will get back to it eventually...as soon as a muse beats me into writing it again).

The Curious Case of Piper Halliwell. Charmed/SGA crossover. It's said that everyone has a twin somewhere in the world, but what about different galaxies?
