I'm a 20 year old, female college student double majoring in Anthropology and East Asian Studies, with a minor in Chinese just for fun. I will be leaving the US in mere hours for China to study abroad in the Fall 2008 semester. (I'm REALLY excited.)
I have an INTP personality and I have a thing for slash, especially HP/DM and Raito/L, AU fics, dark themes, creature fics, and a bunch of other categories that require a good amount of deviation from canon. Oh yes, and Ginny and Misa annoy the heck out of me. :-) I hate to be one of those people that drop a fic just because of the pairing, but I have to admit that if Ginny is paired with Harry, I will feel so nauseated that I will x it out within the next second. Harry/Hermione also doesn't do it - she's like a sister to him! - and neither does Harry/Ron (they're brothers in all but blood!).
I am obsessed with fanfiction though I have hit a road block and am taking a self-induced break from writing though I'm still reading. A whole lot.

(08.23.08) - The sixth chapter of Zayn Callunde is up (finally) and I shall be in China by this time tomorrow! I'll be there until mid-December, but I have the next couple of chapters planned out so I will be continuing it. It will not be on hold. :) I'm hoping for at least a chapter a month as long as I'm not too busy. -crosses fingers-
(06.30.08) - I've actually finished writing the fifth chapter of Zayn Callunde several months ago, but it never seemed quite right so I haven't posted it up. I should be updating the fic before I leave for China at the end of August, though. At least that's the plan. :) I also outlined the two chapters after the fifth one as well. Thanks to all that have reviewed and favorited the fic so far!! Also, I just finished editing for grammatical/spelling errors in Part 2 of Life is Not Always a Gift.
