9 May 2011: Happy belated Mother's Day everyone. I watched The Sorcerer's Apprentice today and I totally loved the parallelism of the mop scene with the Fantasia cartoon. Surprisingly no one has done a side by side video to compare the two yet; perhaps Disney (the company) will do that for us on the DVD's special features. Someone should make a crossover story with EUReKA because after all it's just physics. The how was explained easily enough for any student who took 'Conceptual Physics' in high school; the concepts discussed in the movie were learned in the first two months when I took the class. Besides, the fact that Dave studied Tesla coils totally begs to be crossed over with EUReKA and perhaps Warehouse 13 as well. I haven't seen much of the latter so I'd be unable to make cool artifact tie-ins.

27 Feb. 2011: I worked some on, "Drama, Drama, Drama," but it feels like the chapter is only half done so I'm going to add another scene to it before I post the next chapter.

31 Jan. 2011: I've posted two new stories since my last announcement, "Drama, Drama, Drama," a EUReKA fiction and, "Legacy," my Firefly&Serenity/CASTLE crossover story. "Drama, Drama, Drama," has been a challenge to write and so has, "Legacy." It's on FireFlyFans.net, if anyone is interested in leaving any comments there as well as here. 18 Jan. 2011: Inexplicably I was again sidetracked and began more research for my Firefly&Serenity/CASTLE crossover story, which I still haven't got a title for, and in the process I joined FireFlyFans.net. I'll post my crossover there too, and any other Firefly&Serenity stories I may think to publish. Please keep in mind that I have not put all of the stories that I think seriously about writing on my fanfiction.net profile; those listed are just the most likely to be published. Another story idea prevailed upon me today that will take place in the Firefly&Serenity universe; and will most likely be a oneshot. It will be an attempt at serious prose about the REAL power of God when he works through his servants. When God works through people it often seems too incredible for most to like and in FanFiction readers may associate this as a Mary-Sue story; it won't however be ridiculous like most Mary-Sue stories are. I'm not sure when it will be written as my college's Spring Semester starts tomorrow for me. Happy belated Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

3 Jan. 2011: Happy new year! I'm doing lots of research for Harry Potter canon and some of my ideas or inclusions in, "the Messenger, Heir of the Corvusons," you may find surprising or really intriguing. I intend to highlight canonical characters that you've never seen enough of and I'm gladly including some original characters that I've spent a great deal of time on as well. Honestly what did you guys think that I was doing for that half a year; besides those few oneshots of course? I want her timetravel experience to be so detailed that you'll all think that she is really there! Don't get me wrong, I love many Hermione goes back to the Marauders' era stories but none of them have touched on the things that I am; Hermione as a pureblood, Kreacher as a good House Elf, a different concept of time travel, a magical marriage contract, even a young Sirius who doesn't like Hermione, the portrait of Walburga actually calm and repentant, and best of all I'm going to make it all plausible! Sorry, I'm just a bit excited. My plan to get rid of Voldie was thought of months before I noticed one story on here with a similar concept, but doesn't even begin to get into it like I will. Yesterday I began appealing to some communities for this story to have some space in their Archives and I'm over halfway done with the pairing Communities that match up. I'll have to finish that tomorrow as I'm tired. Then I'll continue writing up until Hermione's departure and maybe update between then. I'm energized and excited. I do hope that despite the canon errors that I miss I'll still excite other authors to really dig into the canonical tidbits that you never considered before. I just hope that I'll be able to write action sequences (coughprankscough) in a way that isn't boring.

17 Dec. 2010: I'll be writing a collection of oneshot (or twoshot depending on the fans or my own inspiration) stories called, "Harry's Invitations," where I begin with the obvious alternate schools that Harry could have gone to; nevermind the prophecy. (snickers) I'll slowly move onto the ridiculous but you'll just have to see then won't you? Considering the progress of my other stories this will probably form into more than just an idea anywhere from a half of a year to about 3. I only say that because of how hard I've been working to update my Hermione goes back in time story; I figured that I would have updated that about a month ago when everything IRL got incredibly distracting. Anyway, I'm just letting you know that there's a collection of stories to eventually look forward to.

30 July 2010: I've put in a few more one-shots and I am close to updating, "the Messenger, Heir of the Corvusons. I'm so eager for more EUReKA that I'm fantasizing heavily about alternate timeline Zane and original timeline Jo. I'm also sort of shocked because in the ComicCon trailer Zane was embracing Zoe in a not so gentlemanly way; with Jo watching. (grimaces) Anyway I can't wait for the episode where all of the original timeliners stare in shock at an alive and whole Nathan Stark. [SPOILER/] I could tell that the person who Henry tells (under duress) is his new timeline wife Grace; (giggles) he definitely didn't marry a dummy. [SPOILER/END] I really feel for Jo though; it has to be hard when she didn't make up with Zane right before the whole portal through time business and now this new Zane is flaunting himself in front of her without knowing the kind of strain that he's putting on her.

26 May 2010: I looked for stories about the 1959 Gidget movie with Sandra Dee and could only find references to the movie in a few stories. I'm disappointed. On the bright side I've found dozens of good Naruto start-over what-if stories to read and have recently been bitten by the Don Lamb ~ Veronica Mars pairing bug while watching season 1 episodes for the first time; if you want the link to these episodes just ask me via private message or review. I've also found lots of good Harry Potter stories that I didn't know about before with obvious Dumbledore bashings. I regretfully admit that when I think of a story idea I search for it online before writing it myself if it doesn't already exist; this spoils my update plans for my already published stories.

24 Feb. 2010: Lots of news ideas are consuming me so I'm writing them all down as quickly as possible so that I don't drown. Plots aren't bunnies; they're tribbles. In any case, I am endeavoring to focus on the stories that I've already begun to post. I likely won't post any new multi-chapter pieces but I will post the spontaneous one-shots that cloud my mind.

"Die Another Day," a Naruto story adopted from LostsoulofRegret. I have finished the first chapter of the story, but since I'd like some tie-ins throughout our story so that you all can have fun foreshadowing, I am stalling at putting it up until I have more chapters adapted. “Drakath’s Quest for his Queen," a story based on the roleplay game Adventure Quest. Whenever something seems cheesy there’s got to be a more serious and romantic alternative that’s mostly canon. There will be major spoilers for the game in this story where Drakath desires and loves the female hero of the story. I’m using the character that I’ve been using in the game whose name is TopazNicole. Besides, if I didn’t write this story where Drakath becomes somewhat honorable it’d be a waste of how hot he looks! “Fire and Water Create New Life," an Avatar: the Last Airbender and Ranma ½ story that I’m writing for my friend Hiryo. Years after the show’s finale, Mai and Zuko have been separated for quite some time. Mai travels now in order to avoid Fire Lord Zuko and runs into a strange young man who seems more emotionally lost than she is. Meanwhile Aang has sensed the arrival of an ancient spirit called Jyusen and begins to search for it. (Saotome Ranma ~ Mai)

"Harry's Invitations," a collection of Harry Potter based stories where we briefly see what it would have been like if Harry had managed to grab one of the foreign invitations. He's famous right, so why wouldn't he have received any of those opportunities at least once? Each chapter will be an exploration of each, 'what if,' school. I encourage reviewers to suggest a Magic School to send Harry to, or if you'd like to revisit any of the schools already posted by me then just say the word and I'll put some thought into it and see if it works.

"KUZON, After Sozin's Comet," a canonical story based on Avatar: the Last Airbender. The idea sprouted from deviantART's Avatar-fan Group's speculation about Nickelodeon's job listings about a new, 'Avatar,' show. The story is about Kuzon after the Fire Nation has waged war on the world. In this story you will watch the Fire Nation become a nightmare; no more dancing, no more dragons. He'll become a soldier because of a Nationwide draft for those of ages 16 to 32. Will he betray Aang's memory? Will he become an important figure to the Fire Nation? This all happens just after the Fire Nation's greatest era, just after Sozin's Comet is named and the Air Nation is supposedly destroyed beyond repair. Did any airbenders besides Aang survive the initial wave of attack? Where would they have gone and were they hunted? Will Kuzon help them out of guilt? Will the airbenders be annihilated anyway? “Matriarchal Manipulations," a Star Trek: the Original Series story where Spock desires Lt. Uhura as his mate and knowing this, as well as the fact that he could die otherwise from pon farr and lose the heir to the line of Surak, TPau conspires to keep him alive by encouraging the mating and making it possible; even with Spock’s human stubbornness. (Spock ~ Uhura)

“Pensieve Pains," a story where Harry from the 5th book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix enters Snape’s worst memory and becomes so angry that he gets stuck in the past just so that he can yell at Sirius and his own father for their horrible transgressions. Between gazing dumbly at his own mother and having half of the Marauders against him as well as Vol de Mort finally emerging, which side of the war will he now choose? (Harry Potter ~ Bellatrix Black)

“Pride&Prejudice," is based on Jane Austin’s Pride & Prejudice storyline and is a crossover between Smallville and Batman (2005-08) where the plot diverges from the end of season 7 and Chloe moves to Gotham (sarcasm: yeah I know, big shocker). None of the stories out there though actually have Chloe hate one identity of our favorite bat while liking the other, so I totally like this idea of mine! Chloe practically loathes Bruce Wayne because of his reputation (that he cultivated) that portrays him as a slutty millionaire playboy; but she admires Batman and helps him out on occasion. “Amnesia Slave," an Ella Enchanted story. Princess Arianna of Kyrria was kidnapped and now has amnesia. After being rescued, it's revealed that these may be the consequences of a fairy's ancient, unfulfilled blessing. That isn't very comforting when she has her own fairy blessing to deal with.

"Legacy," a Firefly and Castle crossover with an Earth-That-Was conspiracy and the premise that Richard Castle is a tried and convicted War Criminal from the future whose real name is Malcolm Reynolds. Someone from the future, someone he knows, comes to the past where he now serves his life sentence and tries to kidnap Kate Beckett. At first he thinks that this is only to get to him but soon finds out that it goes much deeper than that. Could someone from the future be responsible for Johanna Beckett's death? (Malcolm "Mal" Reynolds aka Richard "Rick" Castle ~ Katarina "Kate" Beckett)

"the Messenger, Heir of the Corvusons," a Harry Potter story that's basically another Hermione goes back in time and unexpectedly falls in love with Sirius with the twist that Kreacher was never as horrible or single-minded as canon and many other fanfictions proclaim him to be. Also Hermione will be a lot younger in this story when she goes back. I started this story because I couldn't believe another author wasted an opportunity to have Hermione appear in 12 Grimauld Place when she fell down the stairs in said home and her timeturner broke open. From there it grew and grew into a much more unique plot with both new and old ideas intertwined with one another. (Sirius Black ~ Hermione Granger)

“Mew Who?” a Mew Mew Power (TokyoMM) and Ranma ½ crossover where Renee goes to Nerima seeking her father and dreads meeting her betrothed. This story actually came out funnier than I’d intended. Ranma won’t meet the rest of the Mew Mews for a while yet as this story is mostly based in Nerima. I know that you guys are all looking forward to when he meets Zoe. Oh! The so-called-aliens will definitely be involved. Keep in mind that just because one faction of the previous inhabitants of Earth have given up, it doesn’t mean the rest have! Also who’s this new Red Knight?

“Return or Stay?” a crossover between the Enchanted Forest Chronicles and Ella Enchanted where the wizards have once again made a play for power and used a powerful spell to send Dario as well as Kazul, Morwen, some of her cats, and Telemane to Kyrria. Dario’s parents Daystar and Shiara have been murdered and Dario needs to get back to the Enchanted Forrest as soon as possible or his Kingdom will never be the same. With the princess Eleanor’s help they may be able to get a third of the way there. Unexpectedly though Dario and Eleanor are drawn to one another and the only one who isn’t surprised by this is Elli’s fairy godmother Lucinda. “What She Should Remember," a series of multi-chapter stories based on Smallville about an unlikely romance between J’onn J’onzz and Kara Zor-El Kent after all of that tension they had with one another in season 7 and J’onn’s inexplicable anger. They fall in love but the untimely intervention of Zor-El causes Kara to lose her memories of their romance. I have an outline for four books and the Prologue and the Epilogue are already written. After coming up with the idea I soon realized how similar the plot is to Fuddy Meers, so I suppose that you could call this a crossover; at least the first two books will be.
