Well, this is the end. It's been a bumpy ride, from reading stories that inspired me to writing my own. I've grown up quite a bit, in terms of my writing, while I've been here at ffnet. I've also learned that you can't please all of the people. I guess that's what makes the reviews I got for my stories so pleasing to myself. Sure, I've had the odd review where someone tells me that I shouldn't have wrote that, and I guess that I'm too polite to tell them to stuff it somewhere that the sun doesn't shine.

To all those that have read and reviewed, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will always appreciate the encouragement you gave me, whether it was just a "good job" or "I loved this story" or even a "this word doesn't fit there." It may have taken you a couple of seconds, but the time you spent is very precious to me and I will always be grateful that you took the effort to let me know that you read one of my stories.

While I was thinking about leaving ffnet, I had also been thinking about leaving the HP fandom for good as well. In the end, I decided that I loved writing fanfiction too much to ever leave it. Because of my decision to leave ffnet, from now on I will just be putting stories up on my livejournal account, as well as various communities on lj. You can find me at quinn__.
