Welcome to my bio page. Brush off the cobwebs and come right in! Please don't mind the dust...There now, take a seat! (This is my updated bio as of 8/6/08, If you want more current news scroll down...) Here's a hint: My avatar/icon changes every time I update my profile. I'm A.E. Hall, also known as Annabeth Hall (which is the nickname I use around this vast and intimidating place we call the internet). I'm a US resident and citizen of an otherworldly kingdom yet to come. Since I was young I loved to write and hope to make use of my talent by publishing something in the future. In the mean time I'm going to college for my Associate's Degree- something I've been saying so long that several of you, no doubt, are wondering if I'll ever actually finish up my credits ;) The most important thing you can know about me, however, is that I'm a follower of Christ. Some of you will probably skip over this section- having read it on dozens of other bios before this, but it's just something I can't go without mentioning. Knowing how human and messed up I am, I've no doubt you've been offended or hurt by some Christian before. It could have easily been me, because I'm not perfect. We're all humans, but some of us have (by miraculous grace) taken advantage of the gift of forgiveness offered by a guy who walked this earth about 2000 years ago and is still with us today. If you, by chance have any questions or rants on the subject, feel free to send me a message. About three years ago, I started an online prayer group for fanfiction writers. This is a Christian group that is in no way associated with the website, but I hope it will serve as a means to have fellowship between fellow writing believers. The website listed as my homepage is the prayer group site, so if you are interested check it out and send me an email. We always welcome prospective members. If you're not a prospective member but would still like some prayer for something please pm me. We would love to pray for you. Of course the reason I'm typing any of this on here is because of fanfiction. I discovered this website back in high school (via a friend) and began to excitedly write a LOTR fanfiction about a female ranger. That fanfiction (though still in my room) was never published online-- thank goodness. My first fanfic published on here was a crossover parody of LOTR and the Princess Bride. I've since taken it down and put up other, hopefully more palatable fics. My genre choices have also branched out, though I'm currently entrenched in the world of Sky High. It may seem like a silly movie to many, but the plot bunnies seem endless. Really- just try it out before you bash it ;) So please, stop by again sometime and stay for tea! Despite my American heritage I enjoy that beverage (I've been told) as much as any British native. Check out the stories below or the link to my website.
